The beach this resort is near is incredible, and the snorkeling was fun. The room itself was filthy, a toenail was on top of the toilet when we checked in and the trash had not been emptied. There was no bug net and my girlfriend and I were eaten alive by mosquitos and spiders. It was awful. They also promised free pickup from the pier and never showed up for us and never compensated, not even with a free transport back when leaving.

I took us ages to book something on Phi Phi island. We didn't know if we wanted to be close to the action in town, or for a way relaxed on a beach somewhere.
In the end we booked with these guys and no regrets.

Long Beach is the best beach on Ko Phi Phi. There are only resorts here so no shops etc But you can walk easily to town if you want. Low tide you can walk across the beach/water, high tide there's a little path with only one small hill.

The bungalows are basic, but we've seen heaps worse in other places. For only 800 baht, you can't complain.

Anyone still doubting if they want to stay in the town, don't. Pick another island which is a bit more developed for your partying Tonsai village is crammed and the beach drains a couple of 100 meters on low tide

Absolutely amazing holiday in Phi Phi Hill resort! We stayed there about 7 days and we had bungalow no. F5 with part view on sea. The price was 1200 TBH per night only with fan. Price for bungalow with aircondition is 1700 TBH (second row) and 2000 TBH (first row). The best view is from bungalow no. F1 in first row. Island Koh phi phi is very busy especially Phi phi town near pier but Phi Phi Hill is perfect for relaxing and view from resort is absolutely amazing. The rooms are clean and staff was very friendly. In restaurant I recommend chiken steak with mushrooms and banana milk shake.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms dont have security safe, but it possible keep your stuf on reception - Everythink OK! Resort have very nice Restorant whit very nice view and very good food and fruit shakes. You ca see Long beach. Rooms not so good, I doubt the quality of bed and linen.
Sleep Quality is little low becouse they have some generator somewhere, Worse are motor boats at sea. But nothing terrible.

Bungalows located on the hill, so u have to climb up for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile ur luggage is been pulled up in some king of a carriage. Staff on reception speak English, but they don't at the restaurant. Some waiters are very rude and making faces every time you ask them for something. Apart of this if u have AC room booked, u will really have it plus a wall fan, all in working condition. Water heater, fridge, toiletries all there. Wifi is only in the restaurant. Room was cleaned every day and they used to put two big water bottles in the fridge for free. Beach has big influence of low tide, so be ready to be dropped of from long tail boat 200 meters away from hotel staircase. There are rocks and corals out In low tide.
Generally speaking, I think 1200bhat for these conditions on Phi phi is very reasonable. Overall we were satisfied, but they need to work on staffs language skills.
