The bungalows are on a very steep hill. It was raining and I recently had knee surgery so i requested a golf cart down the hill (they offer this service to guests). The second time I called for one the staff was rude and the driver intentionally passed me up in the rain. When I got to the lobby the woman told me I called 3 times that day. and that I should walk. She then even challenged and invited me to write an Internet review. Tacky immature and disrespectful. Also Far from everything. elsewhere.

The Hotel was good with a nice view. The beach was very good. The staff were okay. The only downside could be to provide a free longtail (regular intervals) to main island. The Buffet was good and the location was perfect

Room Tip: The food at the restaurent is quite expensive, feel free to go to main port to get your supplies

The view from our villa was beautiful. From amidst the trees around we could see the beautiful blue sea and and the mountain in front. Waking up to this view was just perfect. So try to get a villa on the higher side to get a much better view, The room was very beautiful and comfortable. The staff was quite friendly and the atmosphere in the evening in the beach side restaurant was fantastic. we were told to visit the night market at the pier. so we took a long tail boat to the pier after dinner.at the market we shopped in the lanes of the pier and went to a few beach party places. after we were done at the pier, we planned on coming back to the resort at about 1 am. we went to the place where we get the long tail boat to the resorts. we found a boat and he charged us 100 bath. But we were told by the staff at the resort that during this time, we might be charged this much..so we were okay with it. I think the villas of this resort provide offer a beautiful view as compared to the other resorts since the villas are made on different heights .. their beach is also quite long. There was one thing which we did not like. We wanted to order food and tried to call the room service a lot of time..but nothing was getting connected ..not the room service and not even the operator at the reception. Finally we could not order and went down to eat at the restaurant.

We stayed in the paradise resort next door which didn't have a restaurant for dinner. We tried the beach resort on our first night for dinner, like it so much we kept going back. All the food was well prepared and they have. A great selection of authentic thai dishes.

My wife and I staid at 4 hotels in Phuket area, this was the worst and the most expensive,
The Bungalow is NOT ANYTHING like the photos,
The bathroom is absolutely disgusting dirty, with paint chipping off, and very very small.
The wall of the bungalow had holes in them, that the staff had stuffed them with toilet paper.
The AC unit was held on by sticky tape, and again 15cm hole is filled with toilet paper.
The bed sheets had stains on them, definitely not washed properly.
The TV is old school, Not 1 channel in English.
All the work in the room has been done with a CARELESS attitude,
All the prices at the restaurant and the bar are well exaggerated.
There are way better hotels to stay on the Phi Phi island.

HAVE A LOOK AT THE REAL PHOTOS I UPLOADED.

The Beach resort is in a great quiet location on Long Beach, away from the partying crowd at Tonsai Bay (but still a short longboat ride away). The beach is beautiful and we rented snorkel gear for cheap to go see the black tip reef sharks and lots of other marine life nearby. The views from the hotel room and the balcony are gorgeous. The room itself is pretty big, clean, and comfortable. They provide bottled water and some snacks for free, as well as a nice breakfast buffet. The hotel also provides free longboat rides to/from the pier on day of arrival/departure.

Some cons: our shower was malfunctioning, and although the staff came to try to fix it, it was never 100% working. One of the nozzles was off and when we took early morning showers, there was no hot water. The bathroom, which is separate from the main room, smelled like sewage water. There is no ATM at the resort, but the restaurants and the snorkel trips only take cash.

Overall, this is a great hotel with a resort-y feel that is budget-friendly (especially in the off season). I think we would have gotten bored if we stayed long; two nights was perfect to relax, see lots of marine life, enjoy some food, and be mesmerized by the view from our room.

Room Tip: The superior villa with sea view was a good room -- a little bit of luxury (no shared walls, nice vi...

When we booked this hotel we were very skeptical with the reveiws. This resort has the best beach on the island and it is so quiet with the best views. Some of the Villas are very outdated especially the lower ones (where we stayed) close to the reception and bar. The staff were friendly and the reception even let us cancel our last night for free due to ferry times.
The coctails are great and the food was ok not our best thai but fine. The breakfast was dissapointing as we were hoping for more variety.
Overall we liked this hotel and it was definitly the nicest on long beach.

Room Tip: Get a Delux Villa as they have the better views and alot a newer
