Went to the pool most days.

We loved Victors Bar, the staff were super friendly, the beer reasonable priced and you can use the wonderful pool. We went most days, when the weather was good and you could sit on the beach or go paddle boarding if you fancy.

Or why not sit back, listen to some reggae, relax and watch the sun go down, great vib, great staff.

Excellent!

Lovely place. Clean. Friendly staff, just does not speak English too well. Room had aircon, hot water and someone coming in every day to clean. There is a laundromat and restaurant with bar on property as well.

Stayed here for one night with my partner for New Year's Eve.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the restaurants and bars. Not too close to hear the noise. We were told that the rooms closer to the beach have more noise because of the beach bar.

The room on arrival was clean and had all the facilities. The room has a safe, fridge, free tea and coffee and Comfortable large sized bed. It also has hot water air conditioning.

The swimming pool, restaurant and beach bar are a close walk from the main reception. The free breakfast was ok not amazing choice.

The staff were really helpful and also offer other services such as laundry, motorbikes etc.

There is also a massage place where you get 10% off. Would recommend getting a private room as there is lots of noise outside as next to the swimming pool and restaurant.

Was a nice hotel for one night and for a special occasion.

First of all: Koh tao is af very beautiful island.. But you HAVE to be careful where you are staying!
Wind Beach resort is a place for young party-People.. It's a paradise if you want to drink your brains out every night and like to dive in the Day. Until 12 pm every Night the hotelbar plays terrible and LOUD music, and so is the neighbours.. They compeed about who can play the most noisy music, and it absolutely ruins the whole Bounty-Beach-paradise experience. In the morning you Will se how trash is laying around the beach because of the drunk tourists.
Also most of the female staff at the Wind beach restaurant is really hostile, and is very bad at english.. If you want your omelet to be well-done and not totalt wet, jesus how offended they Can become!
If I come back to Koh Tao, it Will definetly NOT be at the west side of the Island...

I've never stayed in the resort, but during my time on Koh Tao, my boyfriend and I spent a lot of time having drinks and food here. We loved this restaurant as it was really chilled, superbly priced and friendly staff. I really enjoyed the milkshakes and cold coffees!

My partner and I stayed here for three nights when travelling around Thailand and it was probably the nicest place we stayed.

The reception staff were helpful and informative, the room was large and clean and it is located perfectly on the beach. I have seen some previous reviews that has complained about the noise of the clubs on the beach at night, but luckily this wasn't a problem for us as our room was at the very front of the hotel. I wouldn't let the fact you may get a bit of noise put you off this hotel though as many hotels along the beach will have exactly the same problem.

The restaurant here is great and recently priced and you are provided with vouchers for a free breakfast.

The check out time is pretty early at 10.30, however, they do offer you a place to keep your bags for free and a place to shower.

The only negatives I would say would be that the wifi is a little poor in areas and there is a funny smell from the drains when the shower is turned on.

Other than that it has been great! Would definitely recommend.
