The whole menu is ridiculously tempting, but I'm such a creature of habit that I struggled to get past the tuna salad (super fresh tuna steak, coated in sesame, seared and served on bed of leaf lettuce, baby asparagus, cherry tomatoes and baby potatoes). I was a regular at Barracuda but kept getting the same dish, apart from the night they were out of tuna and I moved on to the salmon fillet in a creamy garlic sauce on a bed of pesto mash. My mouth is watering at the memory. Ed (the owner) and his staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The restaurant is small so if you're with a group, it's best to book. It's easy to find, right next to the Queen's cabaret (which starts at 10.15pm)... so that's your after dinner entertainment sorted.
