When I arrived to the pier .nobody bothered to meet me though I rang them beforehand several times.
After waiting at the pier 1 hour they arrived. You will not be able to find a taxi for a fair price to get there (be aware you will be totally cut off the whole island unless you are ready to pay crazy taxi fees).
When I arrived I saw two big dogs lying in the reception (looking like bull-terrier and rottweiler).
I requested the owner to keep the dogs away from the public area but she told me that they did not bite.
I started to fill in the form on the counter when I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my tight. I turned around and saw that bull-terier biting me in silence looking at me with its red eyes.
The hotel even did not have any anticeptic liquid to apply on my wound.
I was taken to the hospital by the hotel car to be treated for rabies as it is very common in Thailand.
The dogs belong to the owners and they are always loose around.
Now I am back to the UK and still 3 rabies injection are left to be made at my GP.
If you do not want to ruin you holiday stear clear from this hotel and definitely keep your children far away from it.More
