Stayed 5 nights here and really could not be happier with my stay. The staff are super friendly and it feels like you are a guest at their home.
The rooms are spacious and have good facilities, apart from no TV.
The en suite bathroom is fab and the room certainly is great value for money. Great sized balcony too .

The location is perfect for sairee , only 2 min walk from the centre but quie enough to have a peaceful nights sleep, oh and the beds are really comfy.

The room was quite spacy and airy with a high ceiling but for me it had too much concrete. The ceiling and the bathroom looked as if not finished. The AC seems to be a bit on the small side for the high room. It took pretty long to cool down after a long day out. The bed was good and comfortable. Internet was ok and lots of power outlets. Otherwise most of the other reviews were pretty accurate. Problems with hot water, pretty bad lighting and a bit of a minimalist interior (only some basic chairs and a table on the balcony). No safe, no coffee or tea not even the usual complimentary small bottle of water but at least a fridge. Location is fine, 3 minutes to the beach and about the same to the centre of Sairee village.
The breakfast was a bit mixed, if you order butter and toast you get two pieces of toast one small butter and one small jam. If you order scrambled eggs you get the butter and toasts on top of the eggs. But the best deal is the banana pancake, which was pretty big and thick with loads of banana pieces. The people and staff were very friendly and easy going. They don't seem to care much about Tripadvisor, as none of the helpful suggestions by the reviewers were realized (not in our room anyway).

We had a fantastic 4 night stay here in September of this year. Large room and en-suite facility. The hotel is in a good location only a 3min walk into Sairee. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to get everywhere. The service was great and the breakfast in the morning was delicious!
