“Cute and quiet bungalows, but no luxury!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 February 2014

On some brochure it is called infinity luxury resort, although it looks like its still at its debut, there is a big gap with this. First no toilet paper or soap provided, no food available.and of course don't expect the room to be done during your stay. The bungalow are very pretty, and the decoration has a lot of charm, but there is nothing on the terrace: no chair, no hammock... And last thing, it's at the end of a long, dusty and unlighted path. So I would recommended it for people who are thinking of staying a bit on the island, looking for quiet and still charming but a bit away from the hippie new divers. Perfect for people with a backpacker soul who still will enjoy a real shower. The large fridge make it perfect to stock on food, and you could hang your own hammock. Also rent a scooter!( get them for 150 baht/day from people on Main Street)- no pool or restaurant- not on the beach

Room Tip: The a/c room are a bit larger than the fan one, more luminous and not as many mosquitos.

This property is set well back off the road down a lane which affects the review. Its a nice place, quiet well built etc but it is just too far. We hired scooters at £4 a day which helped but then you dont really want to be driving at night and the sandy road on the lane was a bit slippery at times. Once at the main road (up to 10 mins walk) you cross over for another sort walk to the beautiful beach. Rooms were a good size with a nice comfortable bed. There is however no hot water and as mentioned in other reviews some furniture to sit outside on the lovely balcony would be a bonus. There are also no on site facilities for food etc.
I did like the place but it was the location that was the problem. I must just mention the guy that runs the place who was always helpful and always seemed to be working hard

Room Tip: All Bungalows looked the same

Set in quiet garden grounds, with cable tv, comfortable bed, large fridge and air con make this a decent place to stay, but our bathroom was not fully finished it lacked tiles or paint or any hooks or a mirror. The veranda had no table or chairs. There was is a key deposit and a notice about a cost imposed if sun cream ruined the bed sheets but there was no quibbles about either, in fact I broke a light by accident and was charged a fair price for it. It is about 300 yards to the beach and all the action. The cold shower was " refreshing " shame there was no form of heating it, even to luke warm.

I stayed at Infinity Resort for 2 months while completing a divemaster internship. The room was very comfortable and clean and the atmosphere was private, safe, and relaxing. It's off the beach but just a short walk into town. Air conditioning and laundry services are available.

We stayed at Infinity Resort for 4 nights at Sairee on Koh Tao. We booked 2 bungalows, each with a double bed.
The 'resort' consists of about a dozen bungalows on a quiet spot of land among local homes. There is a very small, reception building for the staff by the entrance.
The concrete bungalows are set 250 meters off the main road along a dirt road through palm trees. There is a large oval sign on the main road so that you can locate the dirt road entrance. Most of the taxi drivers were aware of its location. Take a flashlight with you in the evenings as the road is not lit.
The bungalows were clean and simple. There was air con, a fridge, a TV, and wooden furniture. The bed was comfortable. There was only cold water, no hot water showers.
The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes, along the dirt road and across the street by the dive resort. Shopping and restaurants are about 10 minutes walk away.
Overall, the bungalows were fine. If you don't want a hotel style stay, this may be a good option.
