I had problems since I arrived, and the Resort’s personnel wasn’t willing to help me. Nobody was waiting for me at the pier (supposedly this was arranged by PADI). When I called the resort, nobody gave me an explanation. They just told me to wait.
Employees at reception were VERY rude. I had a couple of common problems, and they were not willing to help me. For example, I wasn’t able to connect to the internet, and they literally told me that they have provided the internet password and if I had a problem with the internet I had to fix by my own.
The resort doesn’t have a gym, and the food is just regular.
Also, they charge an extra 3% when you pay with a credit card. The resort should change this policy (it is better to do a discount if you pay with cash; doing an extra charge is like the resort is punishing you for paying with a credit card).
I do not recommend this resort. Diving locations in Koh Tao are fantastic, though.
