“Nice guesthouse in the center of Pai”
Reviewed 8 January 2014

Was not easy to find but the location was just perfect for us. You are a few meters from the walking street, so you have the night market close by but you cannot here anything.

Bed is very hard, but not unusual for Thailand.

Staff was really friendly, room was nice and of good size. the whole guesthouse was set up really beautiful. No pool.

Breakfast was set and okay. There was free drinking water in the room.

Parking was free.

We had a very pleasant stay at Baan Pai Nai Wieng. A very small and at home B&B in Pai, with very good location. Night market is just a minute away, yet located in a very quiet environment.

The breakfast was delicious and changed daily for variety. Room was clean and bright, with a very comfortable bed. Wifi is available everywhere with good signal.

The lady was friendly, helpful and sincere, she could arrange all the trip tailor to your needs with phone.

My kids enjoyed playing with their cute dog, in overall we had a very relax and unforgettable experience here and would like to recommend to all.

Room Tip: Choose upstairs room, good view to the mountains surrounding Pai.

We booked this place on the reviews and weren't disappointed. Central (just up the road from the night market) but quiet. The room we originally were given had a noisy air conditioner so they quickly asked us to test each room and decide for ourselves. Very sweet and honest people. We could see that they tried very, very hard to give us the best that they could. Nice breakfast that changed daily for variety. Spotlessly clean.

We stayed in Baan Pai Nai Wieng for 3 nights, it was just perfect. The price is relatively low for what the room and the place is offering, the breakfast is cute & intimate and the location is perfect – not in the middle of the noisy street, but just 3 min walk from the mail stress of Pie.
The women in the reception was really helpful, and also booked us a really special cooking class that we would never have known about without her (not the one in the pie cooking school).
The room is nice, clean and with all facilities needed. Highly recommended!

The value is hard to beat. The room was large and recently renovated with high quality materials and decors. Hardwood floors, a large fridge, large comfy beds, large bathroom, flat screen TV, and desk. WI-FI worked well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful. Would definitely stay again!

Family of three stayed for one night and was pleased with the choice. Good location, quiet yet within very easy walking distance of anything attractive in Pai. Hostess spoke reasonable English, limited but easy to get by. Room plenty large for the three of us. Bathroom size fine, lacking counter space to put any belongings down. Facilities worked fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Refrigerator, hair dryer and TV provided. Free Wi-Fi in room worked well. No exercise room or pool. Breakfast was not a buffet but hostess will cook eggs to order and what she provided (Western) was plenty and of high quality. A good choice for anyone looking for a place to reside passing through Pai on the Mae Hong Son loop.

Location, Location, Location.
When we first booked this hotel, we had no idea that it is located in what we think is the ideal place. a quite side street, 5 minutes walk from the bus station, 1 minute walk from the main walking street (measured), what we also liked is the fact that the street has an alternate entrance directly from the main road making the driving outside the city with a motorcycle easier by not passing crowded streets.

Another amazing and generous Thai service.
Without requesting we received all the information we needed, from breakfast times, to a map with direction to all places and recommended restaurants (approved with tripadvisor), the closest gas station etc.

Features,
Let me start with what i think should be firstly measured after having some bad experience in Thailand, the breakfast.

At last a good, high verity, delicious breakfast.
Orange juice, coffee, fresh large salad, yogurt, toasts with butter, 2 eggs omelette cooked by request and fresh and tasty mango made our day start with a smile

This hotels has only 5 rooms, so the feeling is very private
The room was big and almost fully featured, large and clean shower with good smell at last, good WiFi signal. Laundry service, and even a closed space to park your motor cycle at night.
The only thing i could think about that is maybe missing, is a small couch to be able to seat on and write this review, even though it can be made in the nice and spacious lobby.

Definitely recommended!
