Stayed here for two nights in August during Rainy season. As backpackers, was a nice place to stay in Pai, which is amazing place to go in Thailand.
Pros: Grounds were very nice. Rooms were modern for bamboo style huts (we had fan, not sure if there is aircon in others), comfy beds, very clean, no bugs in room anywhere despite location and the best wifi I have ever used for skyping (better than England). Restaurant was really good Thai food & very cheap.
Owners were lovely, didn't speak much English, but were very accommodating. They even drove our friend to our next hotel in Pai on their moto with her backpack, as she couldn't make the walk as she was ill.
Cons: Very noisy at night with frogs & crickets and a lot of mosquitos. Mosquito net in room also had some holes. Didn't take much to repair them and we were able to sleep easily as the fan drowned out the noise, but for light sleepers it would be a problem. Don't know if this is only relevant in rainy season, might change during the year.
Bit far out of the town compared to other hotels/hostels in Pai town centre (it's a 5min walk in the dark), but it is only a small town anyway so not long to get anywhere.
Overall, good hotel and worth a stay.
