I have been lucky enough to travel to a number of five star hotels in the past. Reverie Siam is as good, if not better than any of them. The rooms, restaurant, pools and surroundings are incredible. My room overlooked miles of lush greenery and the town's white Buddha. A typical day included a fantastic breakfast served by happy, hospitable and capable staff, followed by relaxing by the pool and a gentle meander into town. Evening meals were equally fabulous and, having stayed in a five star spa on koh samui and a nice hotel in chiang mai during the same holiday, Reverie Siam's restaurant is the best place I ate and stayed, by a considerable margin.

Not too much insects flying everywhere. Can see stars inside hotel nearby the river. There are 2 beds for hotel residents to see stars in outdoor.

Breakfasts, lunch and dinner also are very good. The cheif is from Chiangmai but he cooks western style is very excellence. The staff is very nice and smile anytime. They will recommend some beverages, you just need to tell them which fruits you want.

Room is very clean(must take off shoses), well decorated and confortable. Sleep well unit to the morning. Water pressure is very well and the shower gel is also very nice, made with organic.

This hotel is suit for honey moon and some special day for celebation.

You will have a home feeling. we staied there 2 nights and feel the times past very fast.

Believe everything that has already been said about this place. It really is the bomb! We stayed here for three nights and loved it. We arrived at the bus station and got our hands on the Pai map as we were planning on walking to the hotel but we found an advertisement for Reverie Siam on the map stating that they offered a free pick up and drop off so had the lovely folks at Prempracha phone them for us. Within 10 minutes they arrived in their gorgeous little tuk tuk to pick us up. We were already impressed.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by two really lovely ladies with big genuine smiles. Throughout our stay all of the staff were absolutely amazing! I know it has been said by others but it is no exaggeration. The staff are awesome, unpretentious, super polite and intelligent! Even though we sometimes look like crusty bums, they didn't once bat an eyelid or make us feel out of place or unwelcome as some other la de dah places do.

Breakfast was fantastic. You could choose 2 courses from an extensive menu. We only ever ordered one course as we don't like to overeat and everything was yummy. We tried the waffles, cappuccino bread, cheese board, fruit plate and all of the juice options. It was all super fresh and yummy. Breakky is served at the restaurant which looks out to the mountains. It was so lovely I had happy tears every morning. The breakfast staff were soooooooo great.

The rooms were impeccable and filled with lovely little bits and pieces. Spotlessly clean, fresh and modern and very quiet. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. We saw nothing anywhere near as nice on all of walks around Pai.

There are two different pools which were both big and nice.

They will drop you off and pick you up whenever. One day we went for a massive walk, like about 20km, and were still about 5kms from the hotel. We were completely pooped and about to cark it when we saw the hotels tuk tuk driving towards us. We waved it down and the driver was happy to take us back to the hotel (well we were actually already in the tuk tuk faster than he could even respond to our request, but I am sure he was fine with it).

There is not one negative thing we would say about this place. We highly recommend it! We have stayed in 4 different places throughout our travels in Thailand so far and this places tops everywhere else by far (and we have chosen good places for our price range).

Love it!

Fantastic Boutique resort which has clearly been a labor of love for the British/Thai owners. Decorated in a 20's French colonial style, the rooms are large, tastefully decorated and set in perfectly manicured gardens.

The beds were comfy, linen was soft and of high quality and the AC more than adequate. We were in the Villa Mountain View, the highlight being a large Jacuzzi bath set by a huge glass window that perfectly framed the views of the surrounding mountains. The gardens backed onto the river which made for a wonderfully peaceful setting. The location is a short - 1.5km walk into town, which is pleasant in the day, but best to use their shuttle/tuk tuk in the evening. I would highly recommend hiring a scooter to explore the surrounding countryside of Pai during the day to fully appreciate how stunning this part of Rural Thailand is.

The breakfast options are extensive, and the Lunch and Dinner menu has some delicious options. The black cod and the meat & cheese boards were a particular highlight, along with an extensive wine list that we enjoyed working our way through.

The icing on the cake for us was the service and the welcoming nature of Seb the owner/manager. We will definitely be back.....soon.

From the refreshing complimentary beverages on arrival to the smiling staff willing to ensure your comfort and safety both on and off the premises, reverie siam was amazing in every way. The provincial décor and rosewater scent of the private villas adds memorable detail second only to the diligent service of the friendly and accommodating members of staff. A cool oasis in the heat of the breathtaking surrounds, this is by far the best accommodation I have come to encounter.
