The best on this place is the extremly friendly owner and staff, the rooms are clean and ok the restaurant provide nice dishes and the atmosphere is relaxed. Not far from restaurants and bars, by the way the if you like to see a nice place visit the Dream Restaurant Singhawat Road
Thani, 64000, Thailand a short walk of about 15 minutes but this place is wonderful, sure you'll like it.

We stayed 2 night at TR guesthouse. We opted for a bungalow with fan at the back of the property. We had a very good night sleep. The bungalow was simple but clean; certainly worth the 400 bahts. The guesthouse is held very professionally. We were able to take a shower before taking a night but to Bangkok which was very helpful. It is located in the centre of new Sukothai where most of the guesthouses seem to be located. I would recommend a bungalow in the relaxing garden.

First impression when we came in: a friendly girl who showed us the rooms, shiny floors and very clean rooms. Our room had a bathroom in 2 parts, bit strange but no problem. Paid 450B double airco/hot water. Breakfast is not included but available down in the lobby (a bit of a dull hang out and except breakfast time there's no food served). Loved their yoghurt, fruit with granola!
We stayed for 5 nights, longer than expected cause my friend got ill, the owner was really kind to take me to the pharmacy and helped us with good medicine. One of our best stays in Thailand!

Tr Guesthouse is located about 5km out of the old City 30 baht in a local bus

The guesthouse is adequate but there's nothing special about it.

Its fairly clean but far from spotless the mozzie nets are covered in Gecko droppings

In the room you have wifi and altough there's a TV its not worth turning on.

Couple of restaurants within 100 meter that were serving good food for a good price.

Don't be put off by this review. Its not bad just not very good.

We got a nice bungalow for 600 bath. Everything new and ok. However...In the room are no cupboards except a little one next to you pillow. There is even not a nail to hang your clothes on. And you can share one chair with your friend. Cosy, but...
It was impossible for me to get wifi connection. So I had to go to the restaurant to do my business and other things. The boss did everything to help me, but my connection with world and relatives could only be managed in the other part of the hotel.
The breakfast was ecellent, staff was very helpful and nice. We enjoyed our stay.
