The reception staff could hardly speak English. Their charges for transfer from airport and to bus station were complete rip off. We were charged more than double for the coach tickets to Chiang Mai. The breakfast was very poor. That hotel should be avoided at all cost.

Stayed here for a single night on a tour. The hotel looks impressive from outside, less so inside. It is located between old & new Sukhothai with not a great deal near it. The room was quite large and in good decorative order, Shower worked fine. The mattress (memory foam possibly) was one of the most comfy I slept in on my whole trip! We had dinner and breakfast in the coffee shop restaurant - the food was okay but it was cold, echoey and lacking atmosphere. Okay for a night but suspect that you could do better in the area.

Another hotel as part of my Explore tour and really only a place to rest my head for the night. From the outside it looks pretty impressive, even in reception it looks pretty good, but it was a bit tired elsewhere.
Rooms were quite large but a bit dirty, with quite a few dead flies lingering in the window area. Toilet flush was woeful!
The pool area was very good, with a massive pool but extremely limited loungers.
There's a large restaurant area but more staff than guests. Weirdly for a hotel of its size, it lacked any kind of bar area (unless you count a few plastic chairs outside in the dark), so we sat drinking a beer at a table set for dinner.
There's a really nice family-run restaurant just over the road, which we descended upon and ate and drink very well for a reasonable price.

I think the hotel probably relies on tour groups and for that it serves its purpose as a fairly comfortable night's sleep. Location isn't great for anyone not on organised transport.

Stayed here for 6 weeks (2 stays of 3 weeks) for business purpose.

It's really a very quiet place, anyway Sukhothai isn't the place to be if you want to party and have fiesta till very late (And If you do so, ask the hotel's bus to drop at Mai Horm... beauties there ooohhh my God !!! If you like ladyboys, they're also there too :D ) - For the hotel, the staff is great and nice but as usually in thailand (apart from Bangkok), it's hard to have staff of hotel to get used to English !

Every night, people sing (Karaoke) atr the Hotel but no very exciting enterntainment - There's a massage service available at the Hotel - check it, the ladies are really nice (I recommend the foot massage, yeeeahhh, Luv it)

Rooms are ok - cleaned and ok everyday. Nothing to complain about...

What I really missed were Sports' Amenities... Nothing avaiable... I could have even gone to run you can say :)

There's a nice "octogonal-shaped" swimming pool, I see the guy cleaning it every morning when I go to work, so hygiene of the pool is ok...

Internet is available on WIFI but if you are far from the router, the connection is really poor and disconnections are frequent...
