I stayed there for two nights while my wife's mother (a Sukhothai native) was in the hospital. It's in the new city, not very convenient to the Historical Park, but OK for the hospital. Room was small, dark, and smelled musty (common in tropical areas). Cleanliness was just OK. Very few guests. Very limited English spoken. One front desk clerk was unpleasant, but the maids and restaurant workers were very nice. I left my toiletry kit in the bathroom at checkout, and the maid chased me down in the lobby with it. Wifi is available for a price. Better than Pailin, but I'm still looking for a good hotel in Sukhothai - a Motel 6 would be nice :)
