The hotel was built in Soviet time, and despite a lot of improvements still bares the smell of USSR. We stayed in a tripple room. It was quite tiny and the furniture has definitely seen some better times. The bathroom was OK relatively celan and eveything worked. The breakfast cost 40 UAH per person and has some variety.
The hotel is located in a nice place very close to Dnipro river, Lenin's park is not very far from it as well.
All in all it was not a bad option, although even the reduced price was too much for Ukraine. As an alternative I would suggest renting an appratment in the city.
