Big hotel with bad manager, because he does not know how to control the staff and does not know how to run the hotel.
Swimming pool: out of order. Don't go there if you expect to use it, bacause you won't.
Rooms: dirty, roaches, ants, bad smell in the room. Cleaning staff does not do their work! They have carpets but they do not clean them - disgustingly.
Breakfast: ok but nothing special, no english-breakfast food (ex. sausages, beans, ...), what does not bother me at all. Friendly, english-speaking complaisant waiter (that was the only positive thing in this hotel)
Massage: don't even think to try one, because there are incompetent workers. They also try to charge you few times more than in price list.
Location: Quiet, but away (must use a taxi) from the centre where everything is happening.

I have stayed twice at this hotel in one month! The hotel was recently opened so roomsa re nice and brand new. Located near Can Tho's Cai Khe market and major restaurants and eateries, the hotel offers easy access to all major attractions and food experiences! One of the best attributes of this hotel is its room. They're big, nice, and elegant! Staffs here are very friendly and helpful, from the security guy to the receptionist, they all made you feel at home and genuinely caring. Hotel rate is also very competitive with others of same category in Can Tho.
