We stayed in a suite, which was very large---2 bedrooms, sitting room, full kitchen. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Quiet. Good bathrooms, comfortable bed with good linens. The restaurant was pretty good. We tried the local dishes. Don't miss the honey-in-the-comb and cream on your toast at the breakfast buffet---delicious!. (This area is famous for its honey/beekeeping.) This was a good hotel, and I would recommend it.

As it is rather outside the city center it took the taxi driver who picked me up at the Armenian border quite a lot of time to find it. May be it was dark already , but in broad daylight the hotel is towering over the popular Elgoli park. The hotel is not very up-to-date anymore but for the price and the size of the rooms it's OK. Kind and helpful staff.

Looks big and impressive from outside, but of course not.
In Iran due to international embargo, there is no worldwide chain hotels, only local ones, therefore be ready to poor quality.
Do not disappointed when you see the Hotel decoration and rooms, it is still from 80' s, actually it was very interesting experience :)

Room Tip: Top floors can be good for city view

Probably the best hotel in town and although it is far to the ring road this is not a problem as long as you go excursions around Tabriz. (is rather a plus point to be near the highway)
Huge rooms with view even in the 2nd floor. Good restaurant in the revolving 11 floor and more than efficient breakfast in the ground floor. Free WIFI.

Room Tip: Try the revolving restaurant on the 11th

After the Hotel Azadi in Tehran this was the second best hotel during our Iran vacation. A grand big hotel with lavish furnishings which seem to have become dated and tired.

Rooms, restaurants and public areas need renovation and upgrading. It has a great location. The staff is friendly. Breakfast staff seem to be in a hurry to remove breakfast buffet even when the breakfast closing time is 20 minute away which is a bit unprofessional and rude.

Room Tip: It is walking distance from delightful El Goli Park. Tabriz, is of course a lovely city.

Very clean rooms but really old and casual! The hotel has a modern landscape from outdoors, but inside it is really gloomy with its dark decoration, specially in the lobby area.
Breakfast was very poor in terms of quality and diversity; everyday same menu! Not comparable to 5-star hotels outside Iran.
Though far from the city center, the taxi services are very reliable and quite on-time.
One would expect more from a 5-star hotel with such premium prices.
And the reception was not as welcoming as it should be. Though we booked 3 rooms, with the view to the park and upper floors, and despite we had the confirmation vouchers at hand, the reception staff kept us waiting for about 1 hour to inform us that the only rooms available were at 2nd floor with the view to the street! Not impressing at all!

Room Tip: Rooms above 4th floor are better, both because of the view to the Park and due to brightness.

it is a good hotel .near to the best and biggest park in tabriz Elgoli.it has a beautiful view because it is placed in a high part of the park.it is not near to the city center and shopping center.it doesnt have an out door swimming pool .it has a rounding restaurant at the top of the hotel which is turning round.but the foods are very expensive.
