Wonderful quirky place. They have a 32'' inch doorman and a giant parrot keeper!
The food is excellent but unfortunately you cannot get fresh coffee in the morning. They do have a lovely coffee shop which does not open until 11am. The rooms are pleasant if a little dated.
But the court yard is the jewel of this hotel with cooling greenery and soothing water the perfect place to chill after a days touring.

Room Tip: Try for a room overlooking the courtyard.

Staying in this hotel for several times, I've always liked it as before. The service just gets better and better. The serenity of the garden, the hospitable manner of its staff, etc are all what you expect to see in Yazd.

The restaurant is one of the best in the city very much liked by the locals.

It has a reasonable-size parking lot, coffee shop with seats in the garden, indoor & outdoor restaurants, etc.

The only negative point i the long distance from the city center, which could be a positive point for those who prefer to be away from the chaos of city center.

We stayed here at the end of April 2014 for 2 nights while visiting Yazd. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the gardens and grounds were very relaxing to stroll and sit in. Restaurant was good also. This is a unique Persian style garden hotel and is highly recommended if you want a different experience from the city hotels of Iran.

This hotel may well be the most pretentious in Yadz. However, beyond the beautiful gardens it has little of substance to offer.
The room was spacious but very inconveniently laid out, with unnecessary steps within the room and between the room and the bathroom, which constitute a safety hazard. There were no luggage racks. The bathroom had no shelf space whatsoever. The shower faucet was leaking, resulting in the bathroom floor being flooded.
WiFi was painfully slow.
Dinner buffet was decent, but breakfast was quite poor: no fruit, no pastries or even fresh bread; mostly leftovers from dinner and stale coffee.
The staff does not speak English and is not verey helpful

We stayed here as part of our 14 day trip in Iran.

Check in was very easy, and the welcome was quite, ummm, surprising (You have to see it to understand it).

The rooms were quite spacious, with two single beds, and adjustable heating, The shower was quite powerful, and the whole room was clean and cleaned daily.

There is WiFI available for free which did reach the rooms, and was available in the little cafe in the gardens.

The main draw of this hotel is the traditional Iranian garden, with a lot of water features, and the two parrots in the lobby area, it's a really nice hotel to explore.

We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, all Iranian specialties, and all very nice. Breakfast is served in the same room and there was a lot of choice available.

The only problem with this hotel is that it is so far away from anything else in Yazd, and always requires a taxi to get there.

I would stay here again, but only if other, more central hotels are not available.

We (a family from the Netherlands) hadn't booked our place there, but we decided to dine at their restaurant. At the entrance we felt very welcome by their warm and friendly people but the very unpleasant impolite receptionist and personnel right after that were the best significant reason for us to leave the place before we literally enter! We had never experienced such an insulting confrontation any where else in Iran.

No need to share the details of the story, I guess but my family an I are sorry to remind, the probable beauty of a construction is not enough to absorb tourists!!!

first of all I have to mention that the hotel is a visiting site by it self ! from the greeters to the garden and atmosphere ,all and all it is somewhere to be visited .the decoration of the hotel and the try to make it traditional lack nothing .
a lush garden in the middle of courtyard gives you the space to sit and enjoy your study either ot your afternoon tea .
the polite and helpful staff are always around to give you a hand .
highly recommended ....
