If you plan to do 'Mulu' caves and 'Niah' caves, make sure you do Niah first as they are wonderful caves, but are dwarfed by Mulu in both size and spectacle. If taking small children, be aware the walk is long and the weather can be very hot and humid, take plenty of water and be prepared for tired kids. Also take your own torches as there is no lighting in the caves and the torches available at the caves are poor quality and expensive.
