Our stay at Casa Perleta was very good. The room was beautiful, homey, big and warm and the bathroom was big and had a wonderful shower! Our host, Concha, was fantastic and she gave us very good advice. It was on her advice that I went to a private hammam and had an excellent time and we went to some restaurants that she recommended and a walk that she recommended and everything was wonderful! The location is perfect and the terrace on the top has stunning views. I would highly recommend staying here. My only gripe was that neither Mohammed passed along the message that my mother was calling the hotel and she was very worried because she couldn't get a hold of me. We were the only guests so there can't have been much confusion as to who the message was for.

We very much enjoyed our two-night stay in Casa Perleta. The rooms are cosy and tidy but on the small side. The breakfast was served on a nice terrace that has a beautiful view to the mountains and the valley. The breakfast was good, but our son could have eaten a bit more. The personel was really friendly and helpful. Prepare to pay your bill in cash.

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! Casa Perleta is lovely, very comfortable, peaceful, beautifully restored. Our stay was made all the better by the fabulous staff always available to help, to have a chat. Chaouen is such a picture perfect place to visit with so much to do, or do nothing! Loved the rooftop terrace with wonderful views, a great place to have breakfast or just relax and read. The rooms are very cosy and the bed so comfortable, plenty of hot water and the Wifi excellent no matter where you were in the house! Thanks to Begonia for helping with drivers and suggestions on where to go. Definitely recommend Casa Perleta.

I think Chefchaouen wil forever hold a special place in my heart. There is something magical about that place. When we went it was raining and very cold... but the people in town were so warm and inviting. Casa Perleta was perfect. I loved having a history talk with a staff member one evening. We just sat by the fireplace and chatted away.
We also had the good fortune to be there when the owners were visiting from Spain, which added to the home away from home feeling for us, since they were so friendly.
All is all lovely hotel. Nice rooms, good food, lovely staff, great place.

Great atmosphere in the lovely town of Chefchaouen. The hotel's blue walls and terrace match up with the city's architecture. Begonia and her staff were friendly and warm. Upon arrival, Begonia sits you down and advises you on how to walk from the hotel to the main square and from the main square to the Spanish mosque across the river. She gives you recommendations for lunch and dinner. The hotel's amenities are limited, but for its price, it's a great value.

Room Tip: My room was the hotel's smallest (room #7), but Begonia advised me of that when I was checking i...

We were three women traveling in Morocco and Chefchaouen was on my "must-see" list. Casa Perleta was perfect! Affordable, lovely, charming. Perfect location in this small village. The staff are fabulous and arranged a ride for us to Asilah after our stay. These photos make me want to go back to the blue. We were there in hot July and walked to the river to cool off, enjoying freshly squeezed orange juice on the way.

Room Tip: Rooms are small but this is a real riad. Muezzins will wake you up for morning prayer time!

This place was great. Small cozy rooms, ours had a full bathroom. I was a bit cold and rainy in March so the heater was great to keep warm and dry clothes. The staff was very friendly helping us with directions down to the bus station and always offering tea. The free breakfast every morning was fantastic. We were still a little jet lagged so our mornings didn't start until after 11 usually and the staff was still ready and waiting to serve us breakfast. The rooftop patio is incredible.

Room Tip: Room 7 was a great room for a couple, with a double bed and full bathroom.
