“Great food, view and service”

Had the restaurant specialty Thaliya which was especially great and would recommend over the other bland dishes we previously tried in Morocco. All the other items we ordered were very good. If you can, get a table on the last floor terrace to enjoy the view of the square.

“nice service, delicious food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 April 2014

My husband and I love to eat at Restaurant Morisco. It has a nice environment and a great rooftop panoramic view of the local square. It's such a relaxing place and everything we have tried on the menu is delicious! It's also a reliable, safe place to eat with a visible kitchen (which is rare to find as a tourist in Morocco) To top everything off, the servers are so friendly and helpful.

“Friendly and Welcoming Restaurant”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 January 2014

Attracted at the door by the waiter, like most restaurants in town, we entered cautiously, it being our first night in Morocco- we weren't entirely sure what to expect food-wise! The owner/waiter was very friendly towards us, and even let us have a look at the kitchen to see the tagines being made! The food was nice, but standard Moroccan cuisine- nothing too original, although cheap. It was also slightly awkward being the only group in the restaurant- perhaps suggesting something?! None of us were ill though and had a lovely meal out.

“Best morning tagine”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 January 2014 via mobile

'Not another tagine', you may say after being in morocco for a while. 'Surely not for breakfast as well' you may say. Well don't be fooled. Get the morrisco tagine from here. Do it. Please just do it. Breakfast is pretty average in general in morocco, unless you love copious amounts of bread. So this was the best Brekky we had on our 2 week around maroc. We loved it so much we went back and all ordered it the next day as well. The orange juice is also great (unlike the ridiculously sweet ones you tend to find everywhere else) and if you are headed there for dinner, do not go past the tagine viande du bouc. Lamb, almonds, raisins, honey and prunes make up this delicious dish. Definitely go here. It's really good.
