The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helped us plan a trip to the Sahara with the Sahara Welcome travel agent. The rooms were clean and tidy and there's a nice pool area outside.

saharawelcome.com took us on a two day trip around the south east region which was brilliant, it involved tours of the local area, a camel trek and camping in the desert. They were always friendly and helpful. Definitely worth checking out.

Great hotel for the price. The reception was very welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. Having a pool was definitely a plus as well. Showers and air conditioning worked wonderfully, and the view over the pool was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who like simple and clean rooms, as there are really no frills. I also highly recommend the food here, especially the Moroccan salad--fresh and delicious. You can get to the hotel either by city bus, or grand taxi, call for directions.

Room Tip: Room 102 was quiet and everything worked great.

Arrived at the hotel mid afternoon and shown to our rooms. My husband and I were travelling with another couple, on a tour round Marocco. There was no offer of any drink, although we had been on the road for over 4 hours.

We were shown to our room - The air con did not work, the tv had no power to it. The sink had no plug - the bidet no plug. The shower did not have the option to readjust the angle and so when turned on it showered the wall in the actual bedroom, some way away.

The pillows must have been filled with rocks, as I have never slept on one so lumpy and
uncomfortable. The bed dipped in the middle, and the sheets were very shabby.

We had booked in for two nights, but our friends had an equally dreadful night, and therefore we dedided to leave, after my husband took them upstairs and showed them all the problems.

The original booking was done with booking.com from our friends credit card. However when we checked out we paid the whole bill for both of us.

This week they have had their credit card account, and they have also been charged for the one night for both rooms. The credit card company have refunded and there is an enquiry going on.

The swimming pool was filthy and half the chairs etc around the pool were broken or damaged. The dining room was very basic with lots of different furniture that did not match, and were in poor condition.

What a scam, taking both payments - I would suggest you avoid this hotel, but if you have to go, I would suggest you only pay with cash, and avoid this type of thing.

We stayed in Hotel Nadia for 2 nights, bed and breakfast, my brother had view facing street and it had internet access in room, mine faced back and didn't :(. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pancake things at breakfast were great (put a cheese triangle on them :) ) Rooms were nothing really special, beds comfortable and clean, Shower good. All clean.

we stayed with our 3 children for a night, in 2 separate rooms (non communicating). Beautiful view of the snow caped Atlas mountains from our window, also overlooking the very nice pool (not heated though in winter, so couldn't swim)! Quiet & peaceful in spite of location on main road. Reception lent us a hairdryer and an electric heater for one of the rooms where the AC was not heating properly. Ate our best couscous there !

Arrived late after a two flight journey from London enroute to camel trekking in the Sahara. Initial impression on arrival was better than expected for a hotel in a relatively un-touristy area with a welcoming reception area and, curiously, a raised swimming pool to one side. My room was surprisingly large with air conditioning that had been turned on in anticipation of arrival - unfortunatley it was blowing at 30C and whilst Moroccans might have thought that that particular late December night was chilly I did not! Still, it was a nice gesture. Bathroom was again fairly generous but the basin hot tap didn't work at all and the shower had no means of spray containment or the ability to angle the shower head away so the entire bathroom turned into an untended wet room. Breakfast was in a pleasant enough dining room with a rather limited selection of pancakes, bread and a few pastries. Again, it was adequate for my purpose.
