The setting is stunning and the staff was very professional and accommodating. They quickly called in an additional massage therapist so we didn't have to wait or do our massages consecutively. However the experience was probably not worth the very steep price of 300 soles ($100) an hour. The massage itself was good but not great and definitely overshadowed by the very loud chainsaw that sounded like it was about to come through the ceiling at any moment. Aguas Calientes is under constant construction so noise is expected but the sound proofing here could use an update as well. At least turn up the background music.
The spa hot tub and sauna were a nice added bonus, included in the price of the massage. These services are free to hotel guests, I believe. They even provide disposable bikinis. If you're staying at the hotel definitely check out the spa and soak in the tub but wait till you get back to Cusco to indulge in a massage.
