We stayed one night prior to our trip up Machu Picchu. Someone met us at the train as they said they would and escorted us to the inn. The reception staff were very welcoming. We were given a very large room with a sitting area, facing the river. It was very clean. Hot and cold water in the bathroom. The "white noise" of the river was not bothersome. Breakfast was simple but prepared just for us early in the morning. They also let us use their microwave. They held our luggage and let us hang out on one of their plant-filled terraces drinking tea, while we waited for our return train to Cusco. Recommended!More
