Luckily we only had one night here, the hotel is a fair uphill walk from the train station, but quite near the main restaurants. Our room was found through a maze of corridors and stairs and was clean as was the bathroom. No hot water that night but there was hot water at 4am. The room had a tiled floor and carpeted walls which may have contributed to the appaling smell of mould. The air is very moist so don't leave your papers of passports out as they roll up into tubes. The hot springs are quite close so get your hired cosy and towel from the shops a couple of doors up from the hotel and hit the pools. They look a little gross but its still and experience. Breakfast was at 4am but even so it was pretty poor fare of croissant like pastries which probably had sat out on the table all night.
