“A welcome taste of home in Aguas Calientes”

Lovely to find a proper boulangerie in a tiny town! The croissants and pain ai chocolate were flaky and delicious. It's hard to replicate this sort of pastry as butter tastes differently around the world, but this is pretty close! Free wifi, good coffee, friendly staff.

“Mediocre”

Service was ok. We were the only ones there. No Wi Fi. Got very sick after eating a sandwich. Prices high. The desserts looked good but didn't try them.

“A tasted of France in Aguas Calientes”

Oh, the bliss of sinking your teeth into a perfect chocolate croissant. Heaven. We purchased a box lunch to take with us up to Machu Picchu. Can't beat eating a great lunch perched at the Sun Gate. Lovely people. Terrific food.

They served a really good capuccino and sweets. Service was ok too.
If you really need french bakery stuff in Peru, you get it there.
But the place has no character nor atmosphere and its a bit run down and prices are too high (but that goes for most of the places in town).
I recommend to support the local bakery / panadería in Chaska Tica Street.

“Very Good Croissants in Unlikely Place”
Reviewed 18 June 2014

Had a croissant, a chocolate croissant, a chocolate chip almond cookie, and lemon tart. All were very good in a sea of identical mexican and pizza restaurants.
