Yes, it's clean and has hot water but that's about it. The owner didn't make me feel welcome but was more busy showing her friend songs on YouTube. There was no pillow in my room and I had to ask twice before I got one. Then I was kindly asked to stay out from 4 to 6 as owner had a course. When I returned at 6 I had to wait 20 minutes until sb. opened because she was still gone. And all that in a 3 star hotel which is much more expensive than written in the Lonely Planet. No, thanks!

We enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel. It was good deal, but the friendly helpful service was definitely the highlight. They had good restaurant recommendations, and even insisted on hailing a taxi for us once to make sure we got to the right place. Also, we wanted to see the Cahuachi ruins, and they arranged a tour with someone they knew who did an awesome job, giving us a far better experience than the other tourists we saw at the same location. And they arranged for laundry service for us too. We were very impressed. The location was nice too, just a block off the main square. We ended up staying in a room towards the back. It seemed as though they were doing some remodeling and they wanted to move us to another room after our first night, but we didn't care about the old decor (though it did need changing!) so just stayed. Plus it was nice staying in back without having to risk potential traffic noise on the street at night. I don't know if that would be an issue, but since we were happy we decided not to change. Anyway, the hotel was clean, comfortable and nice, and with a decent location. And it was a good deal. But the service was what definitely stood out more than anything.

Room was so hot it was unbearable! No windows that opened, only sliding glass door to shared balcony. Hot water was turned off. Owner said it was because it was hot outside. There are many other places to stay nearby that are comfortable and cool for a third of the price. Breakfast was only 2 pieces of toast and choice of beverage. Near the central park and restaurants.

We stayed here two nights recently to visit the Nasca lines and other sites in the area. We booked online with hotel and this worked fine. The hotel is very clean in all respects and front staff helpful at all times. It is in a quiet location, an easy 10 min walk from the main bus station, and very close to restaurants, etc. There is some quaint decoration in the rooms (we had a yellow room ), so that the particular colour in the room tends to dominate. But this is not a notable issue. Wifi works well and breakfast is basic but fine. In Nasca, you really just want a reasonable hotel to overnight in to enable a visit to the sites. This hotel delivers this in spades and by not using some of it's unnecessarily expensive counterparts, you have more money to spend towards a flight over the lines, which really is must do to appreciate them.

The hotel's decor was quite cute and the staff was very helpful. The owner of the hotel, Yesenia, was very pleasant to talk to and was ever ready to help us from tours booking to restaurant recommendation.

Oh my our room was pink. The sun shines through the pink curtain making our room super bright (red). Even the shower curtain was pink and frilly. But they are not unbarable. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Wifi was good. Breakfast was basic but not bad.

Nazca lines tip: go for the big airlines. Shop around... Some may say everything is booked out but it's not the case for all travel agents.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in Apr 2012.

The owner was very helpful and nice and she spoke good English. However, it seemed that she's the only one who spoke English in the hotel. Anyway everyone was friendly there.

The room was spacious. The owner made cute animals with the towels and placed on the beds. There was no air con in the room but a very big and strong fan. There was a fridge but not connecting to electricity. The bathroom was fancy with two layers of curtain. The water was very hot.

The location was good if you would like to stay near the Plaza de Armas, just half block away. It's not so near to the bus terminal though. You may walk but it may take 15-20 mins.
It was nice walking around as you could see some local stores and mini markets.

Overall speaking, it's OK.
