We stayed in the guesthouse Adrovic for 2 weeks. Overall it was quite good, with some minor problems I will describe further.
The apartment itself was really nice and comfy, though we were given slightly different type of apartment that was booked. As we were explained, that one that we've booked was occupied, so we were given 1 big room instead of 2. We didn't want to argue about that and the staff could barely speak English, so we decided just to keep what we were given as it was not a big deal for us and despite having only 1 room, the apartment was good.
However, there are some points that need to be mentioned. There's no TV, which was quite surprising for us; not a big deal again as we were spending most of the time on the beach or in the city, but would be great to have one. No hairdryer as well; we asked about that and we promised by the host that we'll get it, but it never happened and we had to buy one, so take it with you if you feel like you need it. There also was a lack of dishes, though the kitchenette itself was good, the set of dishes given was really poor and not enough for 3 people, again had to buy couple of items that we needed.
The apartment in the ground floor that we had featured the terrace, which was quite nice to sit there, have a linch or just relax after a long day. Nevertheless, it also had a small downside: very noisy, there were lost of people coming and somebody sitting there all the time, which was quite annoying when we were trying to sleep. Not such a big problem again, but if you are easily disturbed when you sleep you'd better take apartments in the 1st or 2nd floor.
The linen was changed once a week, the towels once in 5 days or so. Staff was quite nice, but not really helpful, we've faced a couple of situations during our stay when new guests arrived late and there was nobody to acocmodate them, so prepare the phone number of the facility in case you need to call them.
Regarding the location: it was quite good, near the main road (Jadranski Put) so that you can access the places of interest quite easily, 2 supermarkets and several restaurants nearby, small grocery shop just behind the corner. But to get to the old town and that very center of the city you have to walk 20 minutes or so; if you don't mind long walks it's ok, otherwise you can take a taxi (trip from the old town to the hotel is around 3-5 euros, if taxi driver doesn't cheat you).
Overall our stay was good, despite all these small inconveniences we had to face. Don't expect much from this place; it's more or less ok, if you are not very demadning or prepaired to face all these small issues:)
