If your on a layover waiting for the train out of Podgorica then this hotel is ideal.

It has clean beds and room. Wifi reliable and cable tv.

If you have a real (or fake..) ISIC student card then you get a 20% discount which was nice.

They dont have a gym but theres one on the south side of the stadium in the city which also has a spa

If you are looking for a functional and great value stay in Podgorica you couldn't do much better. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Food was nothing spectacular, but homey and with huge portions at a very low price. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
It is not located in the best spot in Podgorica, but it is only 3km to the city centre and taxis are also dirt cheap. Don't be put off by the railway line across the road. I wasn't disturbed even once during sleeping hours.

We arrived at the bus station in Podgorica from a five hour bus journey rrom Dubrovnik, meaning to stay the night in the city and travel back to Kosovo, where we are currently living, the next morning, so we wanted a hotel as near as possible to the station. We saw a Hotel sign as soon as we came out of the station, which didn't look far away, but we went looking for the hotel from the wrong direction and had to backtrack. It is, in fact, less than a three minute walk away from the station. The receptionist politely told us that a double room was 45 euros, which sounded ok until she added "per person". As we were leaving she said they also had a room for 35 euros pp, and we said we'd been paying much less elsewhere, and we offered to pay 40 for a room. This is not exactly high season. She telephoned her boss and we agreed 45 euros for a room (breakfast not included). The room was very small, but ok for one night, and clean and comfortable with a nice view of the distant mountains. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant, at a very reasonable price, and all in all this is a very nice hotel, which looks out of place in this rather rundown area.

The main hotel is good but avoid being put in the annex rooms. Breakfast was good. Parking is available. Finding the hotel can be a little difficult. No wifi in the annex. Hotel is around 15 minutes walk from the centre of Podgorica.

Room Tip: Avoid the annex

Located in a walking distance from the centre, right by the railway and bus station - but no noise, as the railway line is not busy, no overnigt trains that could disturb your sleep. Rooms small and basic, but quite convenient for a traveller. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, and very fair prices (EUR 40), compared to other hotels in the centre of Podgorica (I have been to other 3 previously, and paid much more for a similar standard). Yes, the building is nothing special, and from the outside does not remind a typical hotel buidling. But worth staying in, if you do not expect luxuries. Taxi to the airport is cheaper if ordered by the hotel reception. Breakfast available quite early (mine was at 6:30) which is important for those who depart Podgorica by the early morning flights.

Arrived from Belgrade after a spectacular 10 hour train journey through the mountains of Montenegro.
The hotel is right by the station but there are no overnight trains going through as you are almost at the end of the line.
Rooms very clean and ours was spacious (fridge very noisy though) with a balcony.
It's quite a trail into the new town but a nice gentle stroll to the old. Don't bother with the new town, unless you are going to eat. The hotel food is OK and the breakfast choice good, especially the hot selection, the omelette was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful.
The bus station is also very close and ideal for our onward journey by bus to Kotor

As Euro73 said this hotel is convenient for transport. We arrived in the middle of a downpour and were ushered to our "unique" room outside the hotel building. The room was basic but dry and comfortable. Being travelers and not tourists we were happy to be warm and dry for the night we stayed here. The staff did their best to emulate those employed at Fawlty Towers but in saying this there were wonderfully friendly and did their best to make us welcome. The wine and beer were excellent and the menu adequate. Don't be distracted by my comments as this place while being not the best hotel I have ever stayed in the stay was enjoyable and memorable by its uniqueness.

Room Tip: Our room was basic but adequate
