Stayed in the apartment (via Explore Montenegro) on 1st Sept to the 8th 2013
Quite nice apartment with all mod cons
Sat TV, DVD player with surround sound (no DVDs)
Washing machine in the bathroom
One bedroom, living area, large dining / kitchen area
View towards the sea not quite as good as the website photo. Slightly ruined by a large building to the front but could still see the sea (see photos
V clean and tidy with the bin emptied each day and a quick clean.
Bad points were the kitchen knives were so blunt you couldn't cut fruit or veg with them. We actually used the bread knife!! Also the plug holes in the shower didn't drain away very quickly and you had to make sure that you didn't stay in there too long or else it would have overflowed. It just needs some drain cleaner really.
Some light switches never switched anything on, the 2 lights above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work and for some reason there were bare cables above the bathroom door (see photo).
Available parking at the property (on a slope) but beware overhanging olive tree braches that could scratch your car. Not easy to get out onto the main road at busy periods.
Quite a quiet area but the owners dog did bark sometimes but not enough to annoy you. He is a boisterous dog who loves fuss but he did think my arm was a toy and gently bit into it. Nothing to complain about but just to be aware if you have kids.
The apartment we stayed in was on the first floor at the far end of the corridor. The website pics are of that apartment.
A welcome pack was left for us with bread (sliced), wine, pasta, orange juice & milk.
There was no salt or pepper or washing up liquid but tea towels and a sponge was available (but we had to ask!). No cooking oils but there was sugar. We left some items behind for the next guest but we don't know if these are left or cleared away.
One large and one small towel provided for each guest which are changed weekly (if you stay longer than one week). Take your own beach towels.
Other items were a hair dryer (for the ladies who need to know if you should take your own), all crockery and cutlery, saucepans (but these are all large ones)
The air con fan is broken and is held open by a piece of cardboard but to be honest, we never really noticed it as we were either out or on the balcony.
Overall a nice apartment
