We were there as a company trip and so far this is the best hotel (other than boutique hotels) I have been in Sri Lanka. Rooms spread in large area with electric vehicles to travel.
Nice scenery with Kandalama lake nearby. All the rooms are covered with nice garden of trees and lots of birds too can be seen. Good play ground and children play area too. I have to mention the swimming pool too since its nice big one with pool bar. But no baby pool as one of the mistakes they have had when building the place.
Food is nice and specially the barbecue night on Saturdays. It was a mix of local and western foods.
