Lovely staff and good services including a delicious dishes with a fascinating view from our Kings pavilion suite.
We stayed 3 nights in the Kings pavilion suite, amazed by this new hotel and its majestic architecture.
Seafood and lobsters platters were extra yummi, thanks for the executive chef, Sydney and Joseph for delivering their best to let us feel comfortable and happy at all times.

We stayed two nights in Kings Pavillion and absolutely loved everything about it. We came with two kids (5 and 7 years old) and Husband's parents and stayed in rooms 2 and 3. Kids loved the Sri Lankan drums that were placed at the foyer and the friendly staff who played with them and gave them great hot chocolate. The adults loved the service and the food. We had breakfast and one dinner there. The staff especially Hansika and Chef Keethi took great care to ensure our personal preferences were taken care of and responded to our request promptly. Location is a short 5-10 mins drive to town so great base for Kandy. Will stay here again if we have the chance.

My husband and 3 children (11, 9 and 4) stayed at Kings Pavilion for 1 night at the end of September. This boutique hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are beautiful (we had a look at a few of the others while we are there), and are appointed with everything you could ask for.
It is set in such a peaceful garden setting with beautiful views over Kandy. The gardens are stunning and the pool is lovely - my kids loved it and were in it within minutes of arriving.
Joseph and the team were outstanding. Very welcoming and attentive.
And the food - WOW! Amazing! Dinner and breakfast was absolutely fantastic - one of the best meals we had during our holiday in Sri Lanka.
I definitely recommend staying here - I just wish we had stayed for longer!

We stayed just two nights at this beautiful boutique hotel.
We were warmly greeted on arrival by the charming Joseph and his team and shown to our stunning room - beautiful restful outlook over the valley and every convenience you could wish for!
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was just delicious- they went out of their way to create some sublime vegetarian food.
I had a birthday while there and while we were out trekking ( highly highly recommend Ranjan from Sri Lanka Nature Trekking tours for one of the best day hikes I have ever had ) the staff decorated our room and also provided a birthday cake at dinner which we shared with the other guests.
All in all we would recommend this idyllic place without hesitation- we would love to stay again.

Friends gifted me with a one hour massage at Kings Pavilion. The massage rooms are calm and quiet, with only the sounds of birds chirping. It began with a head, neck and shoulder massage, and the hotel was happy to accommodate my requests for more focus on the back of the body. Following the massage is a private steam room and a plunge shower. Afterwards I enjoyed a pot of tea on the terrace and took in a short-lived downpour. The location of this hotel and spa does not disappoint! If you need some quiet downtime from the hustle and bustle of Kandy city, this is the place. An absolutely spectacular view! Manager Joseph was kind enough to show me some of the rooms and suites (total of 9), and as I’ve just moved to Kandy for the next ten months, I intend to visit again for an overnight stay. Wonderful, bend-over-backwards service.
