We stayed in a double room with A/C and had a great view over the jungle. The staff was nice, although one of the guys kept talking about tours we could do with him, which was a little bit annoying. The other man was really nice and helpful though. Do not leave things on your balcony, since there are monkeys walking on the balcony in the morning. Also, do not pay more than 300 rupees from Kandy city center to the hotel, as the tuktuk drivers are quite agressive over here. We had dinner in town (we definitely recommend the White House Restaurant here), but the breakfast was OK (just the regular Continental breakfast you get everywhere).
