Amazing views, good location

Can't fault the location, it is within walking distance from Temple of the Tooth and Kandy. Gorgeous views over the hills, particularly in the restaurant. Mosquito net did have holes in but we didn't really need it in the rooms, however we did get bitten sat on the balcony.

I think this place was just great. They accommodated us even though our reservation didn't go through on agoda. The room was nice and very clean, the restaurant was bomb and had a beautiful view, the staff was incredibly friendly and spoke great english! I would stay here over and over and over again.

Located at walking distance from the Temple of the Tooth. All the rooms have a nice view over the green and lush area. The restaurant is located at the top so you can enjoy the view while eating. Also enjoy the monkeys that visit the hotel. The rooms are rather noisy, not so pleasant when your neighbors are burping loud! They did't serve beer or any other alcoholic drinks. I don't know if that was because of the Perahera or that they never do.

good location to the city center, 20 mins ,even for slow walkers, a little longer to go back up hill.
the staff went our of their way to help in every service they did for us. laundry daily, very clean & quick. meals were good size, good quality & fresh.during day hours, any food or drink, no problem.
rooms good size for a good price charged, bathrooms very good.
not handicapped friendly, all stairs.
again we thank all there staff for their good service.

We stayed in this hotel during the Perahera. The city was full of people. The hotel is nice to stay. The restaurant is on the top of the hotel and gives you aan awesome view when you enjoy your breakfast, lunch or diner. There is WiFi but it is offline now and then. No alcohol is served.

We were two couples travelling together and had booked two rooms at the Nature Walk Resort in Kandy. The hotel looked nice on the photos on booking.com and we were excited about the views. Unfortunately we ended up being extremely disappointed with our stay.

I am sure it would be a different story had we stayed in rooms with a view. However, our rooms were facing a cliff wall, so no view whatsoever. Looked at moving to another hotel, but everything was either booked or too far away – otherwise we would have moved in a heartbeat.

Pro’s: The view of the mountains from the restaurant (and presumably some of the other rooms) is fantastic. The bougainvillea growing on the front of the building is beautiful (yes I am clutching at straws here!)

Cons: We had a lukewarm reception. Am sure there was some kind of juice or ice tea, but not memory worthy. Our rooms faced a cliff wall and there was a strong damp smell and feel in both rooms. The shower was ok but it was impossible to take a shower without getting the entire bathroom wet. There is no safe. Breakfast comes at an extra cost and is absolutely bland (=not worth the money at all). The service in the restaurant is very impersonal (one waiter close to rude) – and that goes for reception as well actually.

We recommend checking with the hotel beforehand which room they are going to give you. And have your meals elsewhere. And in general just don't expect too much…
We will not be staying here again.

Room tip: Make sure beforehand that you get a room with mountain view. The higher up the better.
