Hi, love this place, after traveling about 17 days it really feels like home :). The place warm as its people. I enjoyed so much the traditional indian breakfast. Surinder Thank you for helping with the logistics of the many places we wanted to visit in such a short time. Clean place, you can enjoy a nice hot bath, use computer (finally we gather our photos), use internet, etc. Really nice place.

i came for a wedding in Delhi and stayed at Chhoti Haveli for 3 days.
it was a very positive, warm and feel-good environment. i am thankful to Mrs Surinder for keeping the guests comfortable.
the highlight is the home-cooked North Indian Breakfast.
i wish they would serve lunch and dinner too.:)

Thank you Surinder. The hospitality at Chhoti Haveli is perfect, with such a warm welcome whatever the time of day, pickups and drop offs at the airport, excellent breakfast choice, comfortable bed, lovely room. Nothing is too much trouble, and everyone is helpful and smiling. The location is great for the airport and easy to get to the Metro to go into the city, with Surinder supplying a Metro card which we then topped up for the next guest. We will definitely return on our next trip, and have already recommended Chhoti Haveli to other people unreservedly.

I flew in and out of Delhi with about 12 hours between arriving from the US and continuing on a domestic flight. This guest house is a chance to see how the real Delhites live, the location is good for an easy fly in and out. The guest house is in its own apartment, it is clean safe with a great breakfast. Airport pickup and drop off were punctual and convenient. Thank you for a great stay.

I was hugely helped by Surinder before I even arrived in India, as she offered to arrange my Rajasthan tour for me. Being on my own and without any experience of the country this took a big responsability off my back. Having found out my wishes the trip was arranged perfectly and the driver Charan Singh, who accompanied me for the whole of the two weeks, was an excellent and circumspect driver, who had my needs and interests at heart at all times.

Chhoti Haveli itself was, as has already been said " a haven", something I especially felt on arriving back at the end of my trip. The rooms are very tastefully appointed while being at the same time comfortable and spacious. The functioning shower, the wonderful hot water and the really nice toiletries were also something really appreciated. The chai was to die for, the coffee was excellent too and the choice between an Indian or Continental breakfast - always with fresh fruit - was also really nice.

It was a pleasure to get to know Surinder and Pawan, as well as all the other staff at Chhoti Haveli. Surinder immediately made me feel at home (I was also picked up ftrom the airport) even at 6.30 in the morning and was enormously helpful on all counts. As a place to start or end a trip to India, or both, Chhoti Haveli couldn't be better and I can strongly recommend it to anyone coming into the country via Delhi, whether first time visitors or seasoned travellers

I first reviewed Chhoti Haveli in May 2010. Since then I have stayed there four or five times; the latest being a few weeks ago when I introduced a friend who was also very impressed. Surinder arranged everything - airport pick-up, day trip to Agra, drivers for the day, advice on local restaurants, marigold petals on the steps. She also joined us for breakfast every day, helping the delightful and capable Thappa in the kitchen - aloo parathas to die for!! - it's a real treat staying at Chhoti Haveli and I hope to be able to do so again, and again.

Room Tip: There are only three - I prefer the front room as it looks out into the trees.

i was in for such a surprise with this bed and breakfast. i had never been to one before and this was a great first experience. surinder was incredibly helpful with all the logistics of the city and the accommodations. the room i was in was so bright and spacious... and then warm shower was a welcome sight!

there are restaurants and fruit/vegetable stands very close by and the metro is easy enough to find and use. the apartment is well priced for what you get. breakfast is always very easy and tasty and a great way to start a day of sightseeing. i had been traveling for a month at that point in my trip and it was nice to treat myself to these creature comforts. and surprisingly enough, it was great to have a television available. i don't watch it much, but i found it really helpful when trying to unwind from a busy and hectic day.

this will definitely be a first choice of mine if i return to delhi!

Room Tip: the left hand room when you first enter the apartment with the balcony was wonderful.
