This hotel is located in a good location that is near to shopping malls. The restaurant is small and cosy, and has a boutique feel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

People will find rooms cramped, and on the darker side, but if its your first trip to Delhi and you need an economic hotel, this is a good option.

After reviewing website and trip advisor I expected a much better hotel. The lobby is worn and the staff unhelpful. The room was okay, but not special. The internet worked. The TV did not work properly. The bed was fine. NEVER take a room on the ground floor, noise from the kitchen was incredible between 10 and 11pm. Also the security was hopeless, and I had planned to go back there as a woman staying alone, and decided not to do so, since it did not seem very safe. I am still looking for a decent hotel in Delhi that costs under $100 and is safe.

writing down this review a bit late - infact very late.

We stayed in this quite little hotel for 3 night ( in Oct 2011). The service was just 'great' and they made us feel like it was our home. People are extremely friendly (Rahul Singhal ) (Manager ). Food was great. Overall the hospitality was just incredible and we would highly, recommend others to stay in this hotel.

comfortable spacious and clean rooms, good facilities and staff is friendly. Food was good but can be better ( variety was missing). Its a quiet place away from the hustle bustle of the city and centrally accessible. Though they do not have a business centre they staff was very helpfull and made it possible for me to take some printouts. Breakfast spread was great.

I had booked an Executive Room at the Hotel through Expedia and had confirmed the same by phone with the Hotel. However on my arrival I was given a very cramped small room in the ground floor which was nowhere an Executive room and was very dirty. I protested about the same but the staff did not listen to me and they made me stay for the first night in that cramped room itself. The whole ground floor was very noisy and my room was filled with bad odor coming from their kitchen.

On complaining to Expedia and shouting at the hotel's Manager (Mr. Rahul Singhal) I was finally given an Executive / Deluxe room on the third floor.

Make sure you see all the room types before giving them your money because the Manager and the satff openly fool people and give them sub-standard rooms even if they have booked a higher category room.

Also, all the windows and balconies in the rooms are locked and cannot be opened which makes the room very stuffy and claustrophobic.

This place is not at all recommended. Beware !!!

Room Tip: Take only the roadside facing rooms on the upper floors. Avoid the ground floor rooms at all costs.

The room was small but nice and modern. We were there for 1 night before our trip to Vietnam and Singapore. It was a great place to stay away from Buzz of city center.
The staff was friendly and eager tomake for your stay comfortable, I ring to hotel to request pickup from airport and they are very fast to find us. The wireles in the room was not so good, i do hope they can improve it to easier for business and tourist would check mail. All in all, it is a good place for our departure trip.
