We stayed here 3 nights. When we first checked in I complained about the shower curtain being moldy and they changed it right away. Breakfast is good. The staff very friendly and helpful.
Good Value. Bottled water provided and Internet.

This was our last stop in the golden triangle , I have visited delhi many times before and have stayed at higher rates properties as well , and this one falls into one of okay-ish stays , being in Gk-1 and near Nehru place close to good shopping centres the location is quite good.
The hotel seems awfully small to the eye , right from the lobby / restaurant which is combined, right to the rooms , lighting in the room is terrible and never the right amount , the bathrooms are amazingly old fashioned with a shower curtain.. Etc. Tv dint have the channels I wanted the heater was making a lot of noises , when asked abt it , I was just switched off , and never replace hence we had to suffer the bitter cold at night , Breakfast was okay , since we had cover a few more monuments and our flight being at 8 we couldn't carry our bags around with us , hence on request the hotel management happily agreed to store it unit we'd pick em up later which was convenient!

Had good experience, staff is friendly, includes all basic things like LED TV, Wi Fi. Only towels were bit dirty that were changed on request. I recommend stay in the hotel. The Kailash colony market is close by that has many good restaurants to eat. The hotel is on main road accessible to transportation and Delhi metro station is 15 mins walk. It is bit expensive for the area but still worth the money paid.

Room Tip: Second Floor rooms are better

This hotel is small but vallue for money. It is well located in GK and suitable for business traveller or quick visitors as there is no other facility in the hotel but sleep quality is good and breakfast is also ok.

I booked this hotel because there was a great discount on it through a travel website and the location was convenient for me.

Rooms are rather small. I was by myself and I found it small; for two it would be a crowded.

Food though tasty (not necessarily always), it was expensive. Bathroom had the old fashioned shower curtain and there was a tile-drop for the shower area. In spite of this, shower water always overflowed onto the W.C. area. Was basin was too small for the force of water great and hence was choking.

Checkout process was smooth. I also got free airport transfer.

One should book here if the package is good. The area is u[pscale and getting a cheap hotel must be quite expensive.

Lastly, Housekeeping was recycling the towels and hence I found them wet and smelly. They were probably for some other room!!

The hotel staff played the typical trick claiming that they didn't have a record of our reservation (so that they could charge us higher rates). Luckily we had a print out of our booking confirmation and low and behold as soon as we put that in front of them the rooms were all ready and waiting for us.

The room and everything else was ok but we had a nightmare on trying to leave and pay for the stay. The hotel claimed the rate that they had quoted us was per night - when we had clearly specified on the booking that we wanted a quote for the 3 nights. Even with a print out of the email conversation we had when booking they outright refused to charge the original specified rate they had given us. The staff were rude and completely unreasonable and despite arguing our case for 30 minutes and being shouted at in return there was little we could do other than pay the new amount as we were then nearly late for our flight and also being a group of young girls on our first trip to India we felt pretty intimidated.

This really put a downer on our stay in Delhi. Loved the rest of India.

Room Tip: DO NOT BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL - use a travel agent so you have back up - or even better just d...
