Although this place might be a couple extra rupees than neighboring hotels in Pahar Ganj - you can pretty much be assured of clean sheets and comfortable staff at Hari. The rooftop restaurant is actually pretty nice although the chai is very milky. They were doing some construction when I stayed but they kept to the noise to the minimum at the hours you'd expect. There was consistently working wireless internet in the lobby but it was spotty up in the room. They are prompt with bringing anything requested to the room (towels, toilet paper, water, etc.) but the room I stayed in was very VERY dark (you have no idea whether it's daylight or night outside). If you want a brighter room, ask for one on the front side - the trade-off is it will be louder because it faces the street.
