Frequent visitor, first time to this Hilton at Janakpuri
First impression itself is too bad
Every day I go for breakfast for every need need to wait for long, too many boys and girls walking all over but nothing, not even the required items on a table, if request for one that come, again need to ask (spoon, fork, towel or water), the same experience i felt every day.
Room Service: while sleeping in the afternoon, house keeping boys came...
today morning informed the reception, will be coming back to room after few hours, to clean the room, nothing happend, telephone to reception, informed he will send now, nothing, after one hour i made phone call and request for manager, asking what i wish to talk to him, i said to transfer, fast reply, manager is busy he will call soon, no phone call from the manager also no housekeeping boys to clean the room..............

After requesting more than twice expect some result or a reply that it is not possible at my convenience or something like that,

For payment too many calls, i did not even check out.....

Never to this, staying at Saket - Hilton - good service i felt there

First things first - the food served at this hotel is not bad. We had dinner at Chyna Gold and we quite frankly loved it - just that the portion sizes can be made a little bigger. Dessert at the coffee shop - 29 and meal at another of their restaurants - Zune has not been disappointing in the past.

Coming to the experience of stay - well our room on the 6th floor was quite comfortable till the time we got disturbed by our neighbours of the opposite room. There were a bunch of men who were listening to loud music with the door open and smoking in the corridor. When we complained we were told the matter would be looked into. Maybe the hotel staff did their job but the situation did not improve. Thus, ten minutes later we made another call as the smoke had become non-tolerable for non smokers like us inside our room. We were again told the situation is being looked into by the security team. Another ten minutes with no change of situation and we called the reception to change our room.

We were shifted to another room of the hotel on the same floor within next ten minutes. The other room was neat however showed signs of ill-maintenance. The furnishings and plastering were coming off, the mirror in the bathroom had a big stain, the faucets were not nicely cleaned and the towels had rust stains :(

Breakfast buffet spread was satisfactory though there was some issue regarding its inclusion in the room tariff. I have never faced this problem in any hotel of repute in India. Anyway as it was not really a fault at the property level and was a management issue - lets not discuss it here. Although my advice would be, do check about your inclusions in the package if your checking-in here.

Again, there were issues while food was being served during breakfast buffet. I asked for a plain dosa and I was served a cold non-crispy masala dosa. I had to get it changed. A waffle was served when asked for a pancake. However, like I mentioned earlier, the food isn't bad so when the revised food came in front of us - it was quite delectable.

My one point advice - it is one of the only upscale hotels in the region, if you have to have to stay in the Janakpuri area - go for it.

Room Tip: Ask for a pool view room...it will have a view of the pool and the metro

Had a great experience staying couple of nights here.The staff from the front desk to coffee shop to room house were extremly good.Rooms are very cozy and spacious.Breakfast spread was awesome,giving you a wide range of choices.I travel a lot on business and will put this hotel on the top of my list.

Room Tip: Ones overlooking the swimming pool and the main road.

Excellent Hotel, Staff even better. We stayed with my family for my daughters wedding and had as many as 6 rooms for some nights, the overall experience was brillant! The easy access to Delhi Metro was excellent. The restraunt and executive loungh made it home to home. The breakfast very varied and choice unbelievable. We didn't need eat lunch as we filled by the large breakfast. Conceriage service was very good.m of a hotel I strongly recommend this gem of a hotel

Arrived early morning after overnight flight - greeted at main reception and requested to go directly to Executive Lounge for check-in process and light breakfast/coffee whilst the room was still being prepared which took less than an hour. The hotel has a good Indian cuisine restaurant and the entire stay was a heavenly retreat away from the chaos of Janakpuri and the remainder of Delhi outside! There is a Delhi Metro station just outside the hotel main gate which has to be the preferred way of exploring the city. Rooms and service are good value for money as they are priced more competitively than the central Delhi hotels. Overall a very good stay.

Excellent service, excellent cuisines, excellent rooms and there is nothing you can ask for more. My job involves a lot of travel and I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this was my best so far. The service was the best among its contemporaries and the stay was as comfortable as expected. I would surely choose Hilton again if I travel.

The location of the Hotel is on very busy street and if you have to travel to other place in Delhi, it takes lot of time in traffic. The hotel is nicely made, very friendly staff, very clean, nice restaurants and very safe. Overall, experience is great to stay in this Hotel.
