i found the place close to kailash colony metro station. it is close to okhla, nehru place and connaught place and hence easy for my business trips. the room was a bit smelly and i was informed that it is because of rains. wi fi is for free. i was also given an iron to press my clothes. restaurent is functional. overall the place is ok

Stayed here for just 1 night.
The best thing about this inn is that there is free Wi-Fi.
The breakfast area is compact and the staff are not very professional.
Overall, an average hotel in a good location.

The hotel is located very close to metro station kailash colony and on the main road. The ambience of the hotel is not upto mark.

The rooms are good however bathrooms are pretty small and dirty.

Summarising the hotel is not worth staying and is cannot be part of Clarks chain of hotel. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

this B&B is at a well placed location giving perfect place to spend a night for business trips. I stayed there with my family for family function.
Pros:- Hot water, Good sleep quality, Basic food (good for Business trips), Helpful staff, few meters away from Metro
Cons:- Lesser parking space, Noise of adjacent construction site, Food(due to its steep pricing considering the quality is basic)

Room Tip: Take a Room if you are on Business trip and you would step into the Hotel near supper time

Great location in south delhi , 1 min walk froom the metro.
small cozy hotel, right next to a medical center , small reception area , check in and check out were quick and efficient.
Rooms decent sized and comfy with a plaza tv, electronic safe and tea coffee maker.
clean comfy beds. The only issue is the noise from the connecting rooms.
Bathrooms- average , surely needs a plumbing work , the drainage and the toilet seemed to get chocked.unclean shower curtains and clean but yellow towels.
Great breakfast ....good variety for a 3 star , noodles , indian bread and veg, 2 kinds of juices , toast , eggs , a sweet pudding etc.
staff friendly.

Room Tip: all rooms seemed similar

I recognize that it's difficult to find mid-range hotels in India and that I might have had a different experience in a different room. Having said that, it was difficult staying here. First, some pro's:
-The staff were hard working and genuinely seemed interested in resolving issues.
-The hotel is located very near to the Kailash Colony metro station so was convenient from that perspective.
-The rooms seemed like they had been upgraded somewhat recently (not the bathrooms though).

Now, the cab driver seemed to have no idea where this hotel was, as we drove around for about 90 minutes at 3am looking for it. I realize that's the case with smaller hotels, but printing out directions from the airport to the hotel would have been great idea on my part.

We were given room 109, which I would absolutely, 100% avoid. Do not agree to stay in this room. It is sandwiched between the kitchen and the restaurant and the noise never stops. Restaurant noise died down around 11pm, but around 2am, pots and pans were loudly banging in the kitchen until about 6am. That pretty much equated to no sleep. I'm not sure if the kitchen is used for a non-hotel food prep during that time, but it was almost comedic how absurdly loud it was. There also seemed to be a pretty aggressive fly problem in the room as well. I probably killed about 12-15 per day, but I just couldn't figure out how they were getting into the room. The flies were particularly slow (and thus easy to kill), which made me think there had been some recent fumigation (I wasn't sure if this should have concerned me or not?), but having them all over the room was just unacceptable.

In the bathroom, the shower had such minimal water pressure to the point where it made more sense to wet a washcloth and use that to bathe (this of course when hot water happened to be flowing). And lastly, my passport. When I checked in around 3am, they asked if they could return it in the morning after they made a copy. This seemed like a normal request. But when I went downstairs the next morning, my request for a return of the passport was met with blank stares, then a shuffling of papers and opening of drawers behind the front desk. About 3 hours later, they determined that my passport was given to someone else in a different room, and I was eventually able to track it down. But the 3 hours prior to its return were certainly a chaotic and unecessary mess (this being an understatement)..

Again, I'm sure its possible to have a pleasant stay at this hotel, but mine certainly was not and I can't stress enough how important it is to avoid room 109, or any room on the first floor for that matter.
