I stayed at this hotel as I wanted to use the spa mainly so also booked an Executive club room. Having booked an Exec room means you should have a 24 hour butler service and access to the Exec lounge. I was very disappointed to how slow the service was when we ordered beers to our room, it took them 45 mins. The Exec lounge offers you nothing, everything is cold breakfast to cold lunch and snacks. There is a happy hour but to my dismay with your free drinks they gave us salted almonds and old crisps, which we said were disgusting and brought us pringles. What really was pathetic that breakfast offered is cold buffet, they did not even suggest that we can eat downstairs in the main restaurant should we desire a nice hot breakfast. This then resulted me to order a hot breakfast to my room which of course is at a cost of 900 rupees and they were also late delivering that. In all honesty no one can deny that this hotel is made of exquisite beauty and is just luxury. But this is all it offers, the service to anything special is just not included and for the price you can stay anywhere. I stayed here once and consider that the hotel gave me nothing additional to say that I can return again. However, the Spa was excellent along with the staff inside. I definitely recommend the Hilton, they offer you much more at less a cost and the service there is much better.

Probably the best place in Delhi ! High Standards, great, courteous and professional staff. Wonderful Spa and swimming pool. Everything is done for your comfort. It will be our choice for next trips soon.

Room Tip: 7th floor is very quiet with nice rooms.

This is truly a wonderful hotel and offers a wonderful experience to visitors to New Delhi. The experience begins the moment you enter the elegant lobby and are swept through reception by the friendly staff, to your room. The room is the highlight, from the beautiful view, sumptuous decor and comfortable furnishings to the lovely amenities....the list goes on and on. Your wakeup call brings a butler with coffee to the room. A little bit of heaven. The fabulous breakfast buffet is not to be missed. Location, while private, is a bit removed but a small issue as the hotel cars are available at a moments notice. We stayed two nights at the Leela and it was a peaceful refuge from touring Delhi....my favourite hotel in India!

THIS is THE place IN DELHI where food critics from around the world will challenge the paradigm of INDIAN food (with a twist). The Le Crique is a NEW entrant in the food space in India and allows French food to be delivered with a blend. Just ask them for a Vegetarian Fare and you would be surprised (HAT is OFF CHEF). The rest of the hotel is Garrish in apprearance but BEST AF ALL WORLDS in luxery travel

Room Tip: Ask them to upgrade you, this is the only time they will, just launched

Beautiful hotel throughout, nice friendly staff, Rooms were comfortable and spotless.. Beds and pillows very very comfortable. Stayed for over a week and let me tell you, I felt like royalty. For the price it should be expected, but certainly worth it!

Having stayed in both the Oberoi and Taj Mahal Hotels in Delhi in the last 5 months, I have high expectations of the hotel quality in Delhi. The Leela Palace achieved the highest standard in my opinion in terms of comfort, staff professionalism (correct, friendly and not overbearing) and overall ambience. The Indian restaurant was particularly good. It is worth visiting the open air pool on the 11th floor if only to see the view. For my next trip in January, it will be the Leela again

Room Tip: join the Leela club and wi-fi for the week is free

This is an amazing hotel. It is exquisitely decorated, the staff is always corteous, knowledgeable and anticipates all your needs without a hint of arrogance (which can unfortunately be common in some luxury hotels). The spa is also one of a kind. The pick-up and drop-off from the airport is every penny worth, it doesn't get more seamless. The rooms are just wonderful, having the most comfortable beds one can imagine. I would return just to spend time in the hotel. I was with someone who has been lucky to spend her life travelling to the best hotels in the world and the Leela in New Delhi has made it to the top five of her list.
