I had the privilege of doing a site inspection at the Leela Palace is Delhi on a recent FAM trip to India. This luxurious accommodation is second to none and simply amazing! The lunch buffet at Qube was one of my favorite and most delicious buffets ever! Stay here, you will NOT be disappointed!!

I stayed in this hotel with my family for a relative ring ceremony. The hotel is wow !!! nice clean rooms with good service. I felt it is highly overpriced. Also there was one incident which was little surprising , late night around midnight someone from the hotel staff knocked at the door and asked us that you were suppose to check out but our check out time was the next day. They just woke me up. Besides that I had an amazing experience with excellent restaurants.

Rightfully named as one of the best hotels in the world. I was there on business, and had fantastic time. Everything - from service to room, even Internet speed was fantastic.

If I want to be very, very picky, I was surprised by the averageness of Sushi in Japanese restaurant, as all other restaurants within the hotel were devine.

The hotel is the height of luxury and comfort, combined with superb service. You are pampered from your arrival to departure. The ambiance of the beautiful public areas is excellent with a relaxed atmosphere. The room was elegant, spacious and very comfortable, with a massive bathroom incorporating a separate wet room and a very deep bath. The three restaurants I ate in were wonderful, with a great selection of delicious food and outstanding service.

We had a conference at the hotel and had to stay overnight. The experience, the ambience and rooms, all are first rate. Likewise for the service.

Being a short stay, did not get an opportunity to use the amenities - something i'd like to do when i visit next. though we did visit the Indian cuisine restaurant Jamavar, and were delighted with the food and the service.

The hotel is close to airport as well and makes sense if you have an early morning flight, like us. Not to forget the packed breakfast that was ready for us in the morn.

Our stay at the Leela palace was memorable for all the right reasons. From the moment we arrived until after we left, we were treated with the utmost hospitality. Actually, even before we arrived, their Executive assistant manager, Mr. Abhishek Malik, was in constant communication with us confirming our flight itenerary and preferences, surely anticipating our needs. We were met at the New Delhi international airport by the hotel's airport concierge and whisked through quickly into their sleek comfortable BMW 7 series sedan chauffeured by a man who was friendly and professional. Cooled towels and chilled bottled water were on hand for comfort & rehydration. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were met at the entrance of the hotel by what looked like the welcoming committee, warm, sharply attired and perfectly well mannered personnel. I was struck by how impressive the lobby was, but again, no standing in line to check in. We were escorted to our suite. Everything was taken care of. All we needed to do was relax and begin our much needed holiday in India. Our room was a one bedroom Royal club room suite. Immaculate and tastefully furnished. Anyway, before I bore you, I will conclude this by saying the Leela Palace New Delhi was impeccable and the service was exceptional. Mr. Malik and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make certain that our stay was nothing less than perfect. Moreover, they anticipated everything that we would need when going on tours, dining out, sight seeing, etc. I must say, I was impressed. Lastly, Mr. Malik, was kind enough to contact the general manager of Venice, Italy's renowned Danieli hotel. Mr. Malik learned that we were going to spend Valentine's week in Italy and will be staying at the Danieli. He had the initiative to communicate with the Danieli's general manager, Mr. de' Medici hoping that our stay in Venice will be as enjoyable as in New Delhi and Agra. Thank you Leela Palace for your world class hospitality and India truly was...incredible.
