Service was fantastic . Beautiful interior. Food delicious but expensive. If you can afford to stay here. Then everything would be excellent . Staff were really very good. I loved my stay..............

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. And I seldom stay anything other than 5 star hotels.
The Leela surpasses all expectation: The food, the service, the facilities, courtesy, the chic amenities, the spa treatments... Absolutely everything was fabulous! Well done Leela! Amazing!

Room Tip: A room with a nice view on the internal court and the Kube Restaurant

My husband and I spent five wonderful days at The Leela Palace, New Delhi. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We had a room on the club floor which we would recommend. The food and service were first class. We ate in the amazing Indian and Japanese restaurants in the hotel which were delicious. We found the hotel to be an oasis of luxury and calm in the hectic city of Delhi and look forward to coming back.

Room Tip: The rooms on the club floor were large with a sofa and desk

It is a pleasure to read your wonderful compliments on our overall facilities and staff services. Our award-winning culinary team is happy that you liked our food & beverage offerings both at our New York import, modern-Japanese restaurant- MEGU and Signature Indian restaurant- Jamavar and thank you for that.

Stayed at the leela 2 nights in Delhi today and yesterday. It's amazing. From the moment we arrived at the airport the staff couldn't do more, waiting right at the front for us, taking our bags immediately and waiting very patiently for us to mess around buying things. Our driver was friendly, car had water and wet towels and he pointed out places as we drove in to Delhi. As we arrived our bags were whisked away and we were taken straight to our room despite arriving well before check in time. Room was lovely, spotless, comfortable and huge with a massive bathroom too. All the staff couldn't do more for you if they tried and are immediately there to open every door and greet you. Dinner in the Indian restaurant (can't remember name) was tasty and good value considering the hotel (30 a head) and we then had drinks on the 10th floor terrace again with impeccable and personal service. Everywhere u go it feels like there are 4 or 5 staff to every person. Breakfast this morning was brilliant with an excellent selection and plenty that is freshly made to order. The pool area is just lovely. Relaxing and calm in the middle of the madness of Delhi. Some people told us the leela had fallen off in recent years. Not my experience at all. One of the best hotels I've stayed in and I've stayed in many nice hotels! Definitely where to stay in Delhi!!

I am happy to note that your journey from the airport to the hotel in our luxurious BMW fleet with our well-trained chauffeurs was comfortable and to your liking. Your kind appreciation of our Indian signature restaurant – Jamavar and the highly acclaimed Le Cirque alfresco at the 10th floor are greatly appreciated. Thank you for finding time to experience our beautiful rooftop pool with panoramic view of the city skyline.

We certainly hope that you will visit India and the palace again in the not too distant future

This was absolutely the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in with by far the most service-friendly and warm staff. We had hotel pick up from the airport and they literally met us on the runway, offered us cold bottles of water, wet towels and an air conditioned BMW ride to the hotel. Welcomed with necklaces made of real flowers, the check in was smooth and every single staff member offered us their friendly service during the whole stay. We booked a parlour room on the 7th floor which was the most gorgeous room I have ever been in and had a great view of the city. The club floor is definitely worth the added expense. There is always something to eat and the happy hour from 6-9pm is wonderful. The staff will literally remember who you are, what you like to drink and eat and will fill your drink or plate the moment it is empty. The pool and top of the hotel is gorgeous and offers and unbelievable view of the city- definitely spend a few hours soaking in the hot Indian sun there where the pool attendants bring you a pool basket free of charge with cold bottles of water, cool towels and anything else you could want. With our room also came a 4 hour tour of Delhi with a guide. A simply amazing experience that absolutely must be taken advantage of, even if it is not your first time in Delhi. The guide was awesome and we truly saw the different sides of the city in a way that made us feel safe while also seeing the true Old Delhi village life and markets. I accidentally left my cell phone in the car after being dropped at the airport to fly back to the US and the driver literally chased us and found us in the airport to get it back to me. This hotel and it's staff truly deserve to be the number one hotel in Delhi.
