No hot water.... is the only thing i will remember about the hotel. especially when its cold in delhi.

Room is decent. however the bedroom and bathroom linen desperately needs a redo. its amazing how i am sleeping on it.

Food is decent. You have to be used to oil in delhi hotels, otherwise you wouldn't like it.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. First of all, the room was very small and was overfilled with furniture. The paint and the plaster was peeling off and the room was very dimly lit. There were no towels available and when we asked for a couple, we can clearly see they were no properly washed. Bathrooms very clean but hot water was not readily available. We had to let the staff know we wanted hot water and it took around 10 to 15 mins for hot water to be available. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. there was no choice given as to what was available. There was no place in the hotel to have breakfast so it was delivered to our room. We got two pieces of toast (burnt!) and cold coffee. The service was overall bad.

I stayed here just one night between travel from one city to other.
I had asked for pick up at railiway station which was prompt, helpful and moreover, complimentary! The check in procedure is quick. The room was not appealing. I could plasters and peels of paints coming out from various places. The bedding was clearly not fresh but a used one! The washroom was cleanish and thankfully had hot water even at 4.30 in the morning.

I asked for quick dinner which was available even at 11.30 and the service is quite prompt.

Overall, I would say - its okay for a short stay.

Not very special, but very nice hotel. Good location. The staff was really friendly and the room was very clean and nice. There is a little travel agency in the same building. There is no place where you can get breakfast so breakfast is in the room. If you want to use a computer you have to go to an other building.

I stayed in this hotel last month for a day... Pretty basic, a good option if all you need is just a place to crash for the night...the location is really good as karol bagh station is less than 5 minutes walk away.... i think for this price in the heart of the city it is worth it....

We stayed here for one week at the end of February/start of March. Four of us shared 2 rooms with two double beds in them and booked via HostelBookers.

First of all, compared to where I had stayed up to that point, it was LUXURY! Very clean, spacious rooms, very tastefully decorated, hot water available 24hrs/day, reliable electricity, quiet, great, friendly service--just awesome. The free wifi was about 85% reliable, which was pretty good, and the Front Desk agents had pretty good English. When we had a mix up about the payment, even though it took over a half hour to sort it out, they were very patient and calm and friendly and it was a surprisingly pleasant interaction despite the task at hand.

It looked like our rooms were recently renovated since the toilet and mirror, etc. still had tags or labels as such making them seem like they were brand new. The location was pretty good too--a 5 minute walk to the Karol Bagh metro station which will take you just about anywhere! The area itself wasn't so special--a lot of automobile accessory type shops, western fast food restaurants and hospitals. For some reason, there was always a huge puddle near the hotel that we had to walk through to get to the main street and metro.. which always stunk of sewer. Very potent stuff.

Aside from the icky puddle, which has nothing to do with the hotel, the only negatives I would say is that there wasn't a view from our rooms, that cigarette smoke can waft up into the halls, which for a non-smoker sucks, and that it's a bit difficult to locate--tucked into a bit of an alleyway.

Overall, this was a great hotel! We paid 1890Rs per room, but I believe the advertised rate was 3190Rs? I might be mistaken, but perhaps our better rate was because of booking on HostelBookers.

We had planned to visit Delhi and Agra during our winter vacation in December 2010. Since we were extended family members (7 adults +3 children) we had to book 3 separate rooms for our two days stay.

I was searching on websites mostly for good rated hotels known for their unparalleled quality and hospitality. The focus primarily was on budget hotels that could offer best value for money. During the search, I came across Kukreja Group of hotels which had hotels in Delhi and Agra. We had booked their hotels both in Delhi and Agra by being in direct contact with the hotel group as it was conveniently located and had an easy access to public transport network, which was all within easy reach. Moreover they had offered us a special discount inclusive of breakfast and complimentary pick up from the airport and railway station for our Group. Moreover, they were prompt in responding to all our booking and reservation enquiries via email and possessed professional attitude.

Furthermore, they also assisted us in arranging a car hire with a guide for a day which enabled us to visit some of the popular tourist spots in Delhi like Kutub Minar, India Gate, Lotus Temple, Raj Ghat....etc.

The Executive Rooms were of superior quality and comfortable with basic amenities. The food quality was excellent.
