all started from the commonwealth games 2010, i was there, it was a great game, huge crowed, all chearing for India, amazing
Then a year later Brayen munich vs India match
Awesome, i was there to see rybery :p anyways stadium was dirty by the time, seats had dusty layers.
Then i came again for Nehru cup watch all the India's matches there, tight security. that winning moment changed the backwardness of Indian football. when everyone jumped in to ground.
Then i came here again for I-league matches of ONGS.
the place is very good but there is no civic pride, a sadly recurring feature of Indian public places. A great venue spoilt by poor external planning and maintenance and an apparent "dont care" attitude of government and staff.

We attended for the Commonwealth games. The exterior was like a building site and the signage poor. However the actual stadium was great for the occasion. We returned a year or so later for an India vs Bayer Munich football friendly. It was not only in a worse state but all the seats were covered in thick dust, everyone was trying to wipe seats with bits of old tissue. Is no-one employed to clean? at all? There is no civic pride, a sadly recurring feature of Indian public places. A great venue spoilt by poor external planning and maintenance and an apparent "dont care" attitude.

jwahar lal nehru stadium is the place where i used to visit almost daily in my teen years, it is large spacious stadium and can be used for national and international sports activities. athletics, tennis, basketball cycling, or any of the sport activity can be organised in this spacious and wonderful stadium.

Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium of Delhi is located near C.G.O. Complex in the Lodhi Road area. It has been portioning as an all-purpose sports ground. Apart from the sports events like football (soccer) matches, etc, the Delhi Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium also hosts entertainment events. A number of performances by the famous musicians, singers and other performers have been held here in the past. You all will definitely love this.
