This review is long over due, We stayed at Dan and Clover in August 2011. We have been to Delhi many times and have stayed at several hotels and guest houses. This is an apartment that is clean and safe and in a terrific location for anyone interested in South Delhi. Rajeev drove us to the airport, he was very friendly and we had a very interesting conversation. We look forward to visiting again.

I had stayed for 3 days in this apartment on 8th Feb to 10 feb 2012. it is a good place but lot of issues. there is not a single responsible person to address the problems like break fast is worst, no choice, they just keep the break fast on the dinning a table, they will not inform the customer, only when u ask them about the break fast they inform that it is kept on the dinning table, only one item will be there & they do not clean the room daily, after 9 pm they closed the lift & switched off all the lights, even the gates will be locked of the layout & stray dogs will be there. it is typically homely atmosphere. it is situated in a residential area where there is no shops, hotels etc. it is not at all worth, for what we pay.

Room Tip: better to take a good hotel rather than staying in this type of apartments

We had a great stay. Tina and Rajeev are great hosts and we really felt the warmth of genuine Indian hospitality.

The breakfasts and meals were fantastic, it was great to get home cooked meals and is a nice way to experience fantastic local food without the "risk" that many first timers to India worry about.

It is in a quiet suburb, not the easiest to find, but great for individual travellers, couples and families who are happy to get out and about themselves. The metro is walking distance, as is the M-block market and even the Lotus Temple.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone keen on a b&b at great value.

We stayed in this hotel on our overland trip with the car. We needed a good parking place for our car, so we decided not to stay in the middle of the center. This b&b is in a quiet area not far from the center (can be reached with a short tuktuk ride, it cannot be walked) with excellent parking facility.

The people running this and their employees are great! They did everything they could to make our stay fantastic, from serving great food (breakfast and soup), to give all information about Delhi, India and Nepal we need and even joining us on evening trips around the city! We loved this! We couldn't wish for anything more!

Would definitely return here on our next trip to Delhi!

It is amazing how a place far away from home can make you feel so comfortable.
First time in India - First contact with the locals was this B&B.
Smooth running and easy-going Rajesh and Rina were very-very accommodating and helpful during my stay and even after I was gone - while I was on the road all over the country.
Spotless clean and happy-smiling staff made sure all went well.
Fresh home-made breakfast awaiting in the mornings. Made me wonder whether I was actually in a different part of the world.

I was in town with 2 other couples/friends. We all stayed at Dan & Clover. The owners were thoughtful enough to arrange us all in the same flat - basically it was 'our' flat in New Delhi.

It also hosts WiFi and a water purifier in the kitchen - I thought it was a very nice touch that eliminates the need of all that bottled water.

It's a bit of a distance from the centre of town, but proximity is not why you'd choose this place.

I stayed four nights between 12th and 16th March 2011 and had looked for a gentle and spiritual space between busy tours and found the whole experience to be as I had hoped. Wanting a quiet space for reflection and relaxation it proved to be the perfect choice. Private, sensative to my wishes, within walking distance of the Metro and The Lotus Temple. Adequate and interesting shopping within walking distance and a green and safe park for leisurly strolls and people watching just a stones throw away.being away from the main tourist areas I found I was able to walk the streets and shop without fear of being constantly asked to buy or give or use a rickshaw, that in itself is refreshing for any tourist in Delhi.
Good food at an excellent price with delightful staff who served, cleaned and generally made sure my time was spent in exactly the way I had hoped it would be.
My transport to and from the Guest House were also arranged by the owners and added greatly to the total value and ease of my stay.
A very big thank you to the careing and thoughtful owners for making my stay so memorable.

We drove to the address given and it seemed like someone's house. We asked the watchman if it was Dan & Clover and he said NO. We then went a little ahead but since we had already paid for it online, decided to meet the owners. The watchman led us in and it was the place. This place is between a service apartment and someone's house. The place is comfortable. It is like being at home. Not suitable for business meetings at all but good for families who are meeting relatives or those wanting clean rooms to stay. Definitely more space than other hotels in the block. Lastly, there is no suite. Everyone gets a room and there is one common dining area.
