We stayed here for two nights, and we ended up wishing it was for more! When we arrived we were asked if we had any clothes we wanted washed which was just brilliant after we had been washing clothes by hand in a sink for two weeks!

The rooms were really nice and the air con was silent (which we didn't think existed in India). There was also a kitchen and lounge on the floor - the kitchen has filtered drinking water even!

Rajesh and Rina were great hosts and we really enjoyed getting to know them and felt they went out of ther way for us.
Rajesh even made us sandwiches and gave us supplies for our train journey from Delhi!

Overall an excellent place and great service we would definately come back!

Odyssey & Parvin from Sweden: We stayed for 14 nights at this reasonable prised B&B. Rajif the owner welcomed and picked us up at the airport while this service did not cost more than what airport taxi charge. This B&B is located in a safe, clean middle-class neighbourhood in south of Delhi. The staff is not chatty but very friendly and super helpful. they were all honest, good people and we enjoyed interacting them. Rajif and his family live in the same house and he visits the geust floors a few times a day. He is very pleasant to talk to and ready to help his geusts. We received all information we needed bout siteseeings and shopping of him and his lovely family. He was so kind and helpfull that sometimes he sent his driver to take us to different plces which we wanted to visit. Rooms are wellplaned for 2 and are comfortable. When you want to take a shower you have to turn the water heater on for 10-15 minutes first. The breafast was good and you could even order a vegeterian diner at cost of only 300 Indian ropies which was very cheap for a good vegeterian home-cooked food.
We loved the way that Rajif, his family and his staff treated us. We never foreget their hospitality and kindness. We highly recommend this B&B as one of the best places to stay in Delhi.

Tips for shopping : The B&B is fairly close to the rather small N-Block market, which has almost all our favourite Indian textile/clothing stores in one place: Fabindia, Anokhi, Cottons, and Kilol. The Fabindia here is the first and largest in India. The market is a quiet shopping plaza with absolutely no touts. It makes a very pleasant shopping experience.

This is not aimed at the 5 star international hotel market but at people who want a home from home atmosphere in a good location in Delhi. It's also a very affordable price. It has lots of character, a very friendly welcome and great home-cooked food (all veggie). The hosts went out of their way to look after us and check everything was ok but were never intrusive. The rooms are clean and well furnished with a/c. The accommodation is divided into 2 self contained apartments, each with three en suite bedrooms (with individual locks) plus a communal kitchen, where you can make tea and coffee, and a spacious communal lounge. They offer a vegetarian breakfast each morning - fresh fruit, toast, sandwiches, potato patties and tea - at a time to suit you. It's a very safe, homely retreat from the chaos and bustle of Delhi - at a fraction of the cost of a big hotel.

This review is long over due, We stayed at Dan and Clover in August 2011. We have been to Delhi many times and have stayed at several hotels and guest houses. This is an apartment that is clean and safe and in a terrific location for anyone interested in South Delhi. Rajeev drove us to the airport, he was very friendly and we had a very interesting conversation. We look forward to visiting again.

I had stayed for 3 days in this apartment on 8th Feb to 10 feb 2012. it is a good place but lot of issues. there is not a single responsible person to address the problems like break fast is worst, no choice, they just keep the break fast on the dinning a table, they will not inform the customer, only when u ask them about the break fast they inform that it is kept on the dinning table, only one item will be there & they do not clean the room daily, after 9 pm they closed the lift & switched off all the lights, even the gates will be locked of the layout & stray dogs will be there. it is typically homely atmosphere. it is situated in a residential area where there is no shops, hotels etc. it is not at all worth, for what we pay.

Room Tip: better to take a good hotel rather than staying in this type of apartments

We had a great stay. Tina and Rajeev are great hosts and we really felt the warmth of genuine Indian hospitality.

The breakfasts and meals were fantastic, it was great to get home cooked meals and is a nice way to experience fantastic local food without the "risk" that many first timers to India worry about.

It is in a quiet suburb, not the easiest to find, but great for individual travellers, couples and families who are happy to get out and about themselves. The metro is walking distance, as is the M-block market and even the Lotus Temple.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone keen on a b&b at great value.

We stayed in this hotel on our overland trip with the car. We needed a good parking place for our car, so we decided not to stay in the middle of the center. This b&b is in a quiet area not far from the center (can be reached with a short tuktuk ride, it cannot be walked) with excellent parking facility.

The people running this and their employees are great! They did everything they could to make our stay fantastic, from serving great food (breakfast and soup), to give all information about Delhi, India and Nepal we need and even joining us on evening trips around the city! We loved this! We couldn't wish for anything more!

Would definitely return here on our next trip to Delhi!
