We (2 x women) stayed at The Red Maple (homestay) 3 nights at the beginning of our trip and 2 nights at the end. The B&B is situated in south Delhi in a residential area. Our first 3 night stay we found the room to be clean, beds were comfortable and showers hot. Breakfast was served in a communal area that seated 8 people.The breakfast was limited but good. The Red Maple offers a take away service which we used a couple of time and again the food was good a priced well.The owners were very friendly and helpful.We felt safe at all times.If you are looking to eat out in the area places are limited. There is a McDonalds, Domino Pizza, Milkshake Bar and a place called Hunger Strike which I recommend you try. Our second stay of 2 nights we again found the room to be clean and beds comfortable. When we first arrived there was a issue of the toilet continuing to run but this was fixed as soon as this was brought to the owners attention. The toilet seat was also loose. We did not use the shower the first night but on the second night when we did use the shower we found there must have been a blocked drain as water was not draining.
