Nice hotel with easy access to metro. Friendly staff. Nicely maintained and fairly clean. Pool was enjoyed by our children. Close to old Delhi and other points of interest. Better communication needed when change of venue for breakfast. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Loved this hotel, a little oasis of calm in Delhi madness. Classed as a budget 'luxury' hotel it certainly lived up to our expectations; clean, friendly, accessible and very comfortable. Staff can be a bit dozy on the the front desk though and, like most of India's 'trying to be something' establishments the restaurant staff are a bit too over attentive... Only annoying thing was going to the front desk to get a wifi code everyday! Other than that it was awesome, swimming pool, tv and a great way to end our trip.

This hotel was a welcoming sight after our incredibly long plane rides from the States. We arrived late in the evening, around 11pm and staff people were friendly and professional. Our room was very clean, with sufficient AC, and breakfast, while entirely vegetarian, was tasty, plentiful, and filling. This hotel is a solid choice in Delhi.

Pleasant hotel, fairly conveniently located for Delhi. Rooms were clean and tidy, if having a faint damp smell (air con?).

Some staff were helpful but some staff were indifferent: we left the hotel but forgot something from our room. When we returned there were 4 "maintenance" men in and around the room - apparently the door hinge needed attention. So why were the other 3 in the room?! What if my girlfriend had returned to the room on her own? Reception did not care.

Based on this incident I would be reluctant to recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was nice but rude staff. We arrived at the hotel and went directly to the reception and the receptionists didnt even greet and welcome us. we are standing infront of them and as if we didnt exist. We just stayed for few hours only to wait for our flight and even when we left " No Thank you" and we just left thinking how rude the staff are. The restaurant is purely vegetable so not recommended for non veg.people.

Nice place. Clean and pretty spacious. We really liked the vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor. The staff was friendly and nice.

The streets behind the hotel were not super nice... The room was quite expensive too but still acceptable given that we are talking about Delhi.
