“Peace and tranquility - stepping back in time”
Reviewed 30 July 2014

Enjoyed high tea mid week after a hot and hassled day in Delhi. So delightful to sit back relax and take our time to enjoy both the setting and the service. Don't be put off by the notices stating there's a cover charge - this is actually a minimum spend and isn't added to your bill - the high tea option will cover the minimum spend - expensive for Delhi but worth the experience at prices you won't find in anywhere similar in London/Paris etc..

“Royal feast !”
Reviewed 29 July 2014

The decor is amazing ! Feels like an old palace with a touch of class not matched in the new places . The decor , gardens outside and the tea and snacks are a must for those who love their cuppa in style .

“too slick”
Reviewed 2 July 2014

The Imperial is a hotel that could pass off as a palace, with charm and elegance etched into its facade. Afternoon tea ought to be a leisurely affair, taking in the sight of the lawn rather than watching other guests as they hurry into their briefings. There are too many at teatime who seem like they just want a slightly different office in which to discuss their work. Go to a fast food cafe for a fast snack over a fast deal, dont come to a hotel where the ambience still has traces of the aristocratic, timeless, lifestyle of Blue Bloods. No discussion of bottom lines please,we're civilised people in here

“Perfect place to get away from it all”

High Tea and Drinks.... Absolutely perfect. It is a beautiful room with old world charm. The decoration is exquisite and the service is excellent. A great place to unwind. Ask for a Mojito.
